This company is a SCAM!!! They do not pay their bills. They stuck ** for thousands of dollars. Please stay clear of this company, They don't list any address which allows them to scam you and they also paid for ****** reviews which is why they look credible.

I had these people out to install a sink, hookup garbage disposal and dishwasher which they had to go through the floor across and up through the sink area floor, water lines were already up to the sink, they hooked the cold water blue line to dishwasher until my husband saw that and informed him it had to be the red line. We had brand new cupboards put in this was all just hook up.Theyre installed my microwave and got it to close to the edge and my new cupboard door rubs on the microwave so we have to redo it.The invoice has false information these items were all removed before they came as the cupboards were new Remove existing facets, remove and disposal of old dishwasher supplies, remove existing piping,We had all the supplies for them to install except black pipe under sink.They said power hookup for garburator which they cant do we needed an electrician.I contacted them twice and the second time she asked me if I was finished and hung up on me.The total of invoice is $1766.21, and 9 hours to do the job.I have been advised it should not have been anymore then $500.00 to do this job, and 5 hours *** to do the job.Not thinking I should not have paid them.Thank you

I've had Worry Free out to the house several times and I have been very happy with their work. They fixed my hot water heater and installed a sink and a dishwasher for me. I also joined their never worry program. The plumbers were neat and polite and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly and I'm happy to be supporting a local business.

Of all the plumbing companies I've had to deal with Worry Free is the best company by far. I have never felt that the technicians were trying to push for more expensive solutions. Local edmontonians working for local edmontonians. I wouldn't trust any other company to work my my family's house

Pleasant young man, came quickly and did a speedy job. And showed me the damaged line where the leak was at. Replaced whole line, so all is well again.

I called Worry Free Plumbing and asked what the charge was to have someone come out to give me a quote for some service maintaining my water unit. They told me it is only 36$ to have a truck come out to see me. I asked about descaling my unit and filling the Axiom box. They came and charged me 36$ to come to my house, then they charged me a $95 diagnostic fee (even though I told them what I wanted done), and then charged me $300 to descale and they forgot about my Axiom box. When I called to have them come back to fill the Axiom box, they told me they can come and fill it for free only if we sign-up for a $125 full home service with them. I called a different company and I was much happier with their services. Don't call Worry Free Plumbing & Heating unless you don't care about spending money for nothing.
