      BEWARE of buying from this dealer. After I agreed on a price plus the supplying of a second key fob, a saving of $750.00 to me it was implied, I discovered that the fob had not been supplied when the vehicle was delivered due to a chip shortage and would be distributed FREE when the issue was resolved. Because of this disception I requested an reduction in price. I was told they would do nothing to compisate me. As proof that they were I the wrong they offered me a discount on their merchandise. If you're like and can't stand people like these, please don't deal with them.

      The dealer and the customer agreed on supplying the 2nd key as part of the deal. We used our resources and connections to find a way to secure the key through a recall and honored our deal. The customer felt that because we got it for free that we should then discount the car. Even though the dealer invested the time and used dealer relations to do so, the customer felt this was irrelevant even though we were doing exactly what both parties agreed upon. The offer for a discount on other merchandise was a good faith offer and had no bearing on the actual deal for the vehicle. If the terms of the contract were not fulfilled then the customer could've waked away but they chose not to and instead tried to threaten us with bad reviews in order to renegotiate the terms of the deal.

      On may 3rd I brought my 2020 honda pilot touring for installation of running boards and roof cross bars. When we picked up the car in the afternoon there was a big chipped and cracked on our windshield so I refused to take the car home. I spoke to **** ****** the ******* ********* *******, I returned the next day I demanded to see the photos that was taken before I left when I dropped off the car and I also wanted to see the cctv video as I was coming in but the ill mannered GM refused to show it to me and told me I have to prove them that I don’t have that chip and cracked when I dropped off the car. I told him if course I dont take pictures of my car because When I dropped them Off here I trust that you guys will take care of it(but apparently not) They finally agree to show me the cctv but only 3 still images that was paused and screen shot. My ***** ***** tried to mediate after almost a month told me that **** the ******* ******* is willing to show me the photos that was taken when i dropped off the car but warned me that there will be no photos of the windshield. It's very timely that when I had windshield incident theres no photo of my windshield. The GM said he is very kind so he will shoulder 50 percent of the windshield replacement cost so I have to pay 850 dollars at first I was given only that day to do the windshield replacement, then change the validity of the offer to 30 days. The cross bars and running board costs us 1800 and a chipped and cracked windshield that needs to be replaced soon. This will be the first and last car I will buy at Wheaton Honda. No i will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

      There was no refusal at anytime to show the CCTV to the customer. It was her request to review it and we explained that it is generally not the best to use in this situation due to its position. However after her insistence that we show her the CCTV, we invited her upstairs and reviewed the video together. It was clear that as she pulled into the dealerships service department that the damage to the windshield was present at time of arrival. The 3 images she is referring to was supplied to her at her request to take home and review with her husband. Even after agreeing to seeing the damage on the windshield in the very spot she is complaining about she still continued to say it was our fault. The tech noted the damage to the windshield as well upon his inspection when he reviewed the physical car before starting to work on it. The 50% discounted offer on the windshield was a courtesy to her even after seeing the CCTV showing we were not responsible. The offer was never changed, it was always originally stated as within 30 days due to the nature of the circumstances. We completed all work as the customer requested and when she requested review of the CCTV we watched it together and even zoomed in to confirm said damage. We believe our offer was in good faith considering the evidence pointing that we did not have to do anything. The customer has never contact myself back about this issue.
