    I dropped my vehicle off at the agency on 3603 99st Nw Edmonton Alberta for the repair for the engine and then when I picked it back there was something wrong with the suspension. First they made a dent on the drivers side and cracked the windshield while doing the reapir then I had to left my car with them for another 2-3 weeks for the repair and I told the customer representative that the suspension is wrong because my car was going on one side of the road. He said he will get that fixed but after getting my car back it was not fixed so I had to call them again now they are telling me they did not do anyhting with the suspension. I have to pay now $180 to get it fixed. This is the worst customer experience I had from the hyudai agency. I want the upper management to look into it. I had issues with this agency from last couple of months everytime they do something wrong with my car and try to put blame on me.

    I have purchased 2 NEW VEHICLES from South Hyundai. My last one being a 2013 Santa Fe.I asked them to check my cabin filter, and they said it was good. That was at the end of June, 2023.Upon my own inspection, a couple of weeks later, it was filled with debris, fur and other foreign objects, so they never checked it at all.My last oil change, September 30th, 2023, when I showed them the video of the filter, they actually told me that could have happened soon after they inspected it. Ya right.They also suggested several things that needed attention, which is understandable, considering it's a 2013, but never provided me a video of the inspection.They told me, they must have missed taking that video and that it wasn't actually included in a service 1 oil change.I told them, that was included in my past oil changes, and isn't that their policy? She admitted, yes, it is.Horrible service, and lies about what they did, or rather, what they didn't do.I have NO trust in their service, and will be going elsewhere for my future services.Beware customers, ask many questions before you leave after a "service." :(
