    NOTE: This complaint needs to include Sirva Canada LLP, ***** ******** *** *****, and ******* ****** ******* as representatives from all three organizations have been involved. As part of our move from Uxbridge, ON to Winnipeg, MB, we worked with the agent, ******* ****** *******, to remove some of our household items on Nov 21, 2022 for delivery to Winnipeg by the end of Nov. The selected were removed by *******, but ***** ******** was unable to load all items on their long-haul trailer as it already had other stuff in it. So some items were sent in a second shipment on Nov 30 for delivery on Dec 20, 2022. It was after we received the Nov 30 shipment that we confirmed that items were missing (approx. value $50,000+). At the time, ******* claimed they searched their depot and could not find the missing items. Five months later (and after submitting a claim to ***** ********/Sirva), ******* is now saying the missing items were placed in storage for delivery at a later date. This action is in direct violation of the contract. We have asked *******/***** ******** to provide photos showing the missing items, but they refuse to do this. We ask *** to assist us getting the missing items (that *******/***** ******** now claim are in storage) delivered to Winnipeg, or to pay the claim amount plus taxes.

    Moved: from ON to BC Took a total of 14 days for Sirva to move in our furniture rather than 1 ****************** arrived ruined or significantly damaged. Still missing antique carpet, replacement TV and other belongings 3 months later.Movers moved in furniture that did not belong to us. Movers dented walls all over our condo. Contract included reconstructing our king and queen size beds. Both our beds needed to be reconstructed 3&4 times respectively after they collapsed on us. One mover worked in his BARE, foul smelling feet. When we asked him to put on shoes he got very angry and left. He then denied this fact when we reported it to Sirva.Sirva refused to take our calls or answer emails for the next 4 days. When I finally was able to get Sirva to talk to me on the phone, Sirva management accused me of lying; after 45 minutes of berating, insulting me and twisting our experience, Sirva stated that they were refusing to complete the move and hung up on me. We spent an exhausting amount of time and energy; days filled with calling, emails, texting Sirva to complete the move.We were shuffled from person to person in management throughout; each rep promised they would resolve the unfinished move, only to encounter further delays. Throughout these 14 days - our condo and community hallway were filled with unpacked boxes, empty boxes, packing paper. We did not have full use of the kitchen. It took 3 different sets of movers to finally complete our move. Our claim was submitted one month ago. No one from Sirva has contacted us.This nightmare continues.....
