Used their service for a move from ******* to *******. **** was very helpful. She got back to me really quickly and was super friendly.The mover ****** was very professional and got all our items to us in one piece. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

I had Provincial Moving move us from *******************, ** to *******, ** in February 2022. There team did an excellent job of conducting the move from the time it was booked to the time my belongings were picked ** in PG driven down and dropped off in ******* with frequent updates in between. I have moved a few times in my life provincially and compared to other movers Provincial Moving had provided us with the best service all around!Review from KRYSTN J

AAA made my cross country move so simple. **** and her team were so helpful and responsive and made recommendations for packing. I ended up opting for them to pack my belongings for me, and they did a great job. Nothing was damaged in the move, and the movers at pick up and delivery were quick and efficient. My final **** ended up being a lower than my initial quote as I overestimated the total weight. They delivered to a storage space and helped me organize my things and make sure that valuable items were protected.Review from Kat L.

I moved from ******* to *******, which is a pretty long way since I had LOTS of paintings and valuables, huge furnitures and a 65 TV. I was very worried about my stuff and to my surprise NOTHING was broken nor missing! I can honestly tell you this isnt your cheapest choice nor the second cheapest choice but if you care about your belongings very much like i did then this is the company to go.Review from Graham E

The customer service from AAA ********************** was excellent. ************************* provided a reasonably accurate quote for the move from ** to *******. There were no surprises once the truck was loaded. She was willing to work with us and was super helpful. The mover/driver ***** was expedient and helpful. Unfortunately, we moved during the time of the ** floods and this delayed the arrival of the goods by a week. However, they company communicated with us during this stressful time and kept us informed of what was happening. They even put us directly in touch with the driver via cell phone so that he could give us a better ETA. We were satisfied with staff, cost and service.Review from Sam J

I had provincial move us from Ontario to Alberta in May of 2021. Their team loading the truck seemed to do a good job, but broke some furniture and when the damaged furniture arrived we identified several concerns. The quote was off by $3,500 - they way underbid - when I requested some compensation for the damaged furniture I was told I could get $.60/pound for the furniture that was damaged and was offered $250.00 as a goodwill payment. There was a broken desk, antique crock that they dropped on the pavement and scuffs all over a new dresser.Review from TS

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE! The mover had no idea what they were doing in how to move an antique grandfather clock. The movers literally tore off the mahogany longcase door, tore off strips of veneer around the door and ruined the clock movement. Irrevocably damaged the antique clock. Then tried to fix it with poor quality work. Then wanted me to pay for the move despite the clock was irrevocably damaged. BEWARE!
