Went to the store to see what kind of payment program they have did not need the appliances at that time the store told us we can get financing now and the contract starts upon dalivery the murchandise was dilivered oct 24 /2022 the store sibmitted the date wrong to the financing department with the date being oct ********************************** full oct 23 /2023. Did not get any documents from the store or contacts were provided we have the dilvery document saying oct 24 now every one we have talked to says that the contract now may start on another date we were clearly informed by the store that the contact starts upon dalivery.Business response

The customer ordered ******************** and chose to apply for financing through ******* (not Trail). All of the application information is input directly to ******* by the customer. ******************** has no access to this information nor any involvement on approval for the financing. All communication on the financing is between the customer and ******* and the customer has access to the account information through their ******* online banking account which they set up on application as well as receiving a monthly statement from *******. The fact that the customer failed to pay off their balance on the timeline they agreed with ******* is no fault of Trail and we will not be responsible for the late charges the customer incurred.
Customer has been communicated this fact and is aware they will need to deal directly with *******. Trail will not communicate with this customer regarding their account with ******* & ******* will not disclose information about this customer to ********************.

I am rejecting this response because:
The financing application was done in store in August and approved the delivery of the appliances was made in October where trail appliances informed ******* the incorrect delivery date where the contact started. If the store is informing thier clients that the contact starts upon delivery and the clients delivery statement has the date of October 24 th then its safe to assume that the client is expected the start date to be October 24th and not October 19 th

The customer is responsible for watching & maintaining his on line account with ******* - Trail does not have access to this information. There is nothing Trail can do to assist this customer with his late charges on his account.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: start date of contact was submitted by trail appliances I am complaining regards to the start date being incorrect I have paper work stating that the merchandise was dilvered Oct 24th when the contact was supposed to start
