On April 12th, 2022 I ordered online what I believed to be 3 packs of 4 syrup dispensers, 12 dispensers in total. Because the description on the vender's website wasn't so clear, I tried to call them out about 20 times, I have phone records, to confirm whether I will be recieving 3 or 12 dispensers, before I could get an answer. The person I talked to confirmed by email that only 3 pieces were sent to me and gave carrier tracking number and instructions not receive the shipping and ask the carrier to return it and I will be paid back. the carrier contacted me on April 19th to deliver the parcel and I asked them to return it to the shipper. They confirmed the shipper will recieved in 2 to 3 days. Since then, I have been unable to confirm with Linen Plus whether the shipper has received the dispensers back and when why I still haven't recieved my money back. Hello
Regarding this issue we have discussed with ******, and processed him a full credit. The problem was on our Linen plus market place, there the supplier put in incorrect unit of measure on the product. We processed a full refund for the customer on May 06 2022, attached is the refund confirmation email. Issue refunds on credit card takes 5 business days to reflect on the credit card statement depending on the bank.
