I am a single mother working full time. I came into the Norden VW dealership looking for an affordable vehicle, and ended up being sold something that shouldnt have been put out on the lot. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half and have been told multiple dates that have come and gone. The sales manager has been giving me no other options and when have spoken to him he just keeps throwing the fact that I did not take the opportunity to get the other Jetta and that they tried to get me into something else, but I refused. He also keeps mentioning that I am costing them money and that they had to go to another dealership to beg them to bring in this vehicle only for me not to take it. Yes, that vehicle was nice, but it wasnt the one I purchased in the first place, and it was also more expensive, and I would have had to put more money down to even afford it. I wanted the vehicle I purchased and signed for and at this rate I cant wait anymore for something that isnt getting fixed. I am submitting a claim with *****. I repeatedly asked for my money back as it was well before the 30 days but i was told repeatedly no and now 50 days in the only options they`re suggesting is to "try and fix it again" or sell the vehicle back to them for less then they sold it to me ( please note that i have only drove this vehicle 3 times in the almost 2 months I've had it. and 1 of those times was during the test drive) so i will end up owing them around 3 grand just to walk away from this awful experience.Review from Jyla L.

I have recently purchased a vehicle at Norden VW for a used car. I was hoping to save some money because I will be going back to college and want to get cheaper payments. I have picked up the car from the dealership last Monday (26Sep2022) and realized the next day (27Sep2022) that car has problems shifting gears, after a complete stop it would vibrate and would move forward all of a sudden like driving a manual car. I was not able to bring it to the mechanic right away but when I got it in last Thursday (29Sep2022) I found out that the car has major transmission problem. The mechanic had informed me that the car is struggling shifting gear right now but in a month, or a couple the car might just stay in one gear and might be a potential safety hazards to me and other people for the reason that it might just stop all of a sudden in the road. I had brought it up to the dealership and I have spoken to my salesperson if I can just return the car because I havent had the car for long and it already is giving me issues. When I traded in my old vehicle they have given me a quote and when I gave it to them, the price that they were going to buy my vehicle was way lower from what we have discussed and they never bothered to let me know. I am afraid that when I return my used car that I bought from them not even a week ago that they would make its worth way lower than I got it for a week ago.Review from Dijo J

Go Auto states that they have a 30 day return policy. Within the first week of purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle I starting having issues. Vehicle was inspected and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. So there was nothing that they could do, I was just stuck with it. At 7 month pregnant, I didn't need this stress. Months later, I had the exact 2 same issues diagnosed and needed costly repairs. Half of which was covered under warranty but that's besides the point. The point is that there were issues that I shouldn't have had to deal with if they just took the car back the week I bought it. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change to get a courtesy inspection and found a ton of more costly problems. I'm just overwhelmed and disappointed. How can this happen to a vehicle that was certified pre-owned. I only drove it for 5 of the 10 months that I owned it (2 months it was in the shop and 2 months I was quarantined and 1 month on bed rest not to mention that I had a newborn in covid so I barely left the house). I feel that I was taken advantage of since I was 7 months pregnant at the time of purchase. I just needed an affordable vehicle to get my family around. This is just unacceptable for go auto sell a used vehicle that would need over 10k worth of repairs for 3000km of driving. I cannot afford to repair the vehicle any further. So I'm stuck with a vehicle that is not safe to drive. I've never felt so upsetReview from Lynne

I bought a 2015 ***** 5 from Norden VW. I should have read these reviews before I made that mistake. I was treated disrespectfully ('Granny buying a car, she doesn't know anything'), and feel cheated. The vehicle was supposedly inspected on 115 points and in good condition. Only five days later *** **** found out that one strut was leaking. Norden asked me to bring the car in and they would 'fix' it. They didn't d anything, just sent me home. A few weeks later two struts were leaking. Same thing, no action from Norden. I had the car inspected at a ***** service, and they found several issues that needed to be fixed, for $ 2,500. Again I took the to Norden, and got a decline on my claim for them to fix the car without cost. The 'no' was based on their statement that these issues had not been due per mileage when the car was sold. This means that the car was NOT in a good condition as they claimed when it was sold. There was no way I could get the price lower, even when I asked. They pushed me to a extended warranty, for $ 3,000. They did not disclose any details and any exclusions should have been told. Thet did not give me any chance to read the six pages of fine print. When I asked if the warranty would cover any of the estimated costs of the issues they found at *****, it was a 'No' again. Then I said that I wanted to cancel the warranty, and I got a reassurance from the finance, via the service, that they have started the process. Two months later nothing has happened. They not tell me that I should have terminated the warranty in 10 days after purchase. In the printed warranty policy it says 30 days. It was past the 30 days, but referring to the policy stating 30 and they say by phone that it is 10, I have the right on my side. Plus the pushing and manipulating method they used to get the warranty sold and a nice cut in their pockets. I absolutely do not recommend this dealer!Review from Shane R
