DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY YOU WILL BE GLAD I PROMISE heres why My mother purchased a brand new home from these bums. They are lazy and do terrible quality work which resulted in siding literally falling off a brand new home after a year. They would not fix it nor do anything to fix their mistakes. Told us to go kick rocks home has been sold so they don't care.By far the worst construction company out there had to pay out of pocket for there crappy work on a brand new home. avoid at all costs. Letting everyone I know to avoid these crooks.Added some photos of other peoples expierence! Would add a photo of my house but they seem to take legal action of people who do just that! Wouldn't wanna show case your work and I get that completely.

It is understandable that you might be facing some inconvenience but the fact is that we are unable to locate you or find you in our system.your inconvenience in any form is regretted. It seems that the problem you are facing is most likely from external factors ( hail and storm). Consequently there were a lot of dismantled siding and shingles from homes in the area. We have had nothing but problems with prominent homes since purchasing in 2020. We have been pushed around, not responded to, ran around in circles with still no step in the right direction. To start we noticed issues before we even moved in and were promised they would be fixed. Issue 1- our railing going upstairs was pushed into the wall causing damage and was also loose we asked for this to be fixed prior to being moved in ( when we moved in the railing had been " fixed" by adding putty and the railing being installed in the exact same location which was not even a stud) This railing actually fell out of the wall when my 2 year old's head bumped the railing 2.5 months after moving in. Issue 2 - Our vinyl flooring on the main floor has been damaged as well as improperly installed since purchase, after several emails they said they would be in to fix it. The first repair was made with a hair dryer and a rubber mallet as the prominent employee was completely sure that I as a woman could not be possibly right as it must just be shifting even though it was visibly not, i said the damaged pieces need to be replaced not re stuck. After having the area supervisor come in he said that the pieces needed to be replaced so 2 boxes of flooring were brought to my home to be installed after 2 install dates delayed and cancelled and us continuing to contact them they finally came to our home with the flooring company that makes the vinyl to be told by the flooring company that the entire floor needs to be replaced as they built the subfloor wrong and it was not the product they have since refused to discuss fixing this and have referred us to Home warranty which we can no longer claim as it is past our 1 year and they knew this. Issue 3- Our basement stairs are supported by 1 2x4 yes you read that right 1 2x4 our home inspector was appalled at the complete lack of care as this could cause serious injury and we have young children in our home when this was brought up they said it would be fixed These are the 3 GIANT issues among lots of little defects in our home All of our emails to prominent homes have now been ignored and phone calls unreturned and we are stuck between Alberta Home Warranty , Fixing it ourselves, or a legal battle. This is completely physically and emotionally draining dealing with a company with a obvious lack of care and poor customer service We would NOT recommend this company to anyone

We visited your home with our flooring representative, and they found nothing wrong with the floor other than regular wear and tear. Yes, we continue to recommend that if you desire a second opinion about this issue you should go to the Alberta New Home Warranty Program and whatever their decision is we will follow accordingly. You are still able to consult with the ANHWP, and if they find anything wrong with the flooring (or any other issues) we are committed to correcting these according to their recommendations. We will stand by the decision of the ANHWP and let them know that the issue was brought to our attention before your warranty expired, so there should be no issues with obtaining a report from them – the same would apply to other issues you believe you are having with your home. As the recommendation of our flooring representative was that there was nothing wrong with the flooring, it is critical for you to follow up with the ANHWP if you are still not satisfied, and that is what we told you as soon as we visited your home – this is the most efficient and standard protocol to come to a resolution in a situation like this. We are not sure why you have delayed your consultation with the ANHWP, but have rather decided to write malicious reviews on social-media. The ANHWP is there to ensure that issues such as these are reconciled in good faith, and both parties here are clear that you were recommended to obtain a report from them and in having done so by now, we would have obtained critical information as to how to best resolve this situation. Conversely, you have opted to attempt to hurt this company’s reputation by venting your frustrations on social-media. The recommendation for you to follow up with the ANHWP was made in good-faith with a commitment to adhere to any changes outlined in their reports. As we are in disagreement over the necessary course of action, delegating to the ANHWP ensures that this issue can be resolved in a transparent and unbiased fashion.
