So after reading the reviews I decided to give Romaniuk a call. They got me in in decent time and gave me a time frame of **** when the tech would arrive. The tech didnt arrive until 5:45. Ok no issue stuff happens. I got a AC tune up. He comes in, looks at my furnace says everything looked great. Didnt change out the furnace filter as I just did that. Went outside, checked it over said everything looked good and my refrigerant was low. He went back to his van, was on his phone for a bit then he comes back with the refrigerant tank. Tops it up. Puts everything back says all is good. He puts his tools away and comes in to tell me how much it was. He told me it was $478.80. Excuse me. The tune up was only $132.99 plus tax. I called them and asked why the lovely lady said the report wasnt in and management would call me the next day. I didnt hear anything so I called back this evening. Talked to the same girl (whom was AMAZING!) and she said the report says he changed filter, and topped up refrigerant. I told her um no he didnt change my filter and I was with him 95% of the time. She said shed have management call me. Management called me and he told me he was new and should have discussed Costs with me (to which he didnt) and the cost of the 1lb of refrigerant (which would be $287.70) is why it was $487.80. I said this is crazy. How is it that much? I didnt get any invoices, no paper work what so ever. To me this is somewhat shady and I will never recommend Romaniuk to anyone. What makes me angry is the fact that they could have done this to an elderly person who doesnt know any better and would have paid it not knowing!! At the end of it all I basically paid for the cost of the tune up and their cost of what the 1lb of refrigerant cost which was **** times less than what they wanted me to pay. Worst experience I have ever had and from now on, will go else where.

Had a new Air conditioner installed by Romaniuk. The job was done in a timely manner. The tech's...***** and **** took care to leave our home in great condition. Job was completed within one day and looks very professional. I would recommend this company.

Romaniuk has now done our two furnaces and AC in the last two years and they have done an exceptional job. The work that was completed was completed in a timely, efficient and organized manner. Everything looks very clean. The crews were polite, courteous and worked hard to ensure that the job was done right and to the highest standards. Excellent work Romaniuk!

My furnace quit on a very cold winter day. I called Romaniuk and they sent a tech out about and hour later. Part was hard to find and it was a very old furnace so the next day, I met with a person to speak with me about a new furnace. We decided on a new furnace and they had one out to me the very next morning (a weekend). The *********, ******* and **** were great! I would definitely recommend Romaniuk Heating.**************

I had Romaniuk replace all Polybutylene water lines in my house with PEX lines. Work was completed by two technicians over two days as per their ************** of their competitors had provided an estimate based on three technicians over three days which resulted in a final amount almost double what was charged by Romaniuk. Romaniuk will definitely be my first call for any *************** repairs.

hey, mine is a different review. cause if you want it done right on the 3rd time and take off 6 days for them to get it right then by all means ... city inspectors failed them 3 times. and if you want the time when they are supposed to show up adjusted without you knowing by 3 hours and then drive away without telling you they arrived then by all means... i am very disappointed in their service and honesty. :(

Technician **** was personable, informative and thorough when he checked our furnace today. He answered our questions clearly and explained his processes to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend
