On July 22/21, I paid a deposit of $1976.00, the install was supposed to happen on July 28/21, then on Aug 3/21. Finally they came on Aug 4/21. The installer installed the floor, went to pay my bill on Aug 9/21, were extra charges on my bill. Asked to talk to management, no one was there. They came and did an inspection, found 2 problems 1. the middle of my basement floor has a huge dip, the floor is out by 1/4". 2. The floor is out by 1/4" by the stairs. Called on Aug. 11/21 to find out what is going on as I would like the floor fixed and I want to pay my bill, no one has called me back.Business response

We apologize for the delay in responding back to the customer. This is not common practice for us to ignore issues and concerns.
Our QC manager was on site to evaluate the concerns and while these are completely within industry tolerance, we are more than willing and happy to resolve these issues. We will be on site Tuesday Aug 17th as per our phone conversation.
The additional material has been ordered and confirmed as of this am that it is in our possession
