      ***** * * ****** Booked catering for our September 10, 2022 wedding in August 2021. Was told would not hear from them until about a month before the wedding. End of July I contacted them as I had some questions about the menu and their services. They took at least 2-4 days to reply to my emails then stopped replying for 2 weeks. Finally I had to stop in the office after hrs and thankfully talked to someone who was there as my final #s were due 3 days prior and still no one was in touch with me. She then passed my info to the COO of the company. After explaining to her my concerns she re assured me things would go smooth from here on out. Communication was still very sparse with the event coordinator. Day of the wedding (Sept 10, 2022) They were late setting up, didn't have bar open on time (half HR late), free pouring drinks, opening multiple bottles of liquor of the same type, no water on the tables for guests (took about 2 hrs to get on the tables) and guests had to ask multiple times, place setting was not set up for a guest and took half HR to get one and staff wouldn't get a chair for the guest, head table was supposed to get drink service, vegetarians did not get their meals, tables were not cleared timely plates stacked and drink cans covered tables, and staff came to ask for containers to pack up left over food in but I was never told to bring any. They offered me $500 refund but I feel this is not appropriate as so many things went wrong and I paid over $6,000 for their services which included a "stress free catering service" I was talking with their sales guy and he was rude to me, laughing at me over the phone and making inappropriate comments about their staffing issues and him speeding while driving as he talked over the phone with me. Extremely unprofessional service from a catering company that's rated so high. Customer service is terrible. Let the COO know all this and now she has not responded as she says "$500 refund is fair"

      We feel that a $500 refund is fair compensation for *****s concerns. By her own admission, she and all her guests were served a delicious meal as per her order. Though there were some challenges, we feel that overall the event was a success. Food was ordered, food was prepared, food was served. We will be happy to refund that money once **** has returned our equipment that she has held from us for over 3 weeks.
