Bought my wedding dress from Bridal Fashion Group in 2021 had a fitting on *** *** **** to see needed alterations. It needed hemming and taken in at bust. Asked for a bustle which was told wasn't possible so they said a fingerloop, and put in pockets for **** I tried the dress on *** *, it didn't have pockets which they said wasn't part of the quote, didn't put in fingerloop so I stayed later to get it done. I said dress was too long still, was material bunching in the front, she said it was all ok. Took dress home and went to a local store for pockets as it was cheaper then going to ******* so they could do it for free. They ordered the wrong vail which they did order the correct one after I told them. My dress was in the bag from when I picked it up to when I had another fitting at a local seamstress on *** **. She found so many issues. 3.5 inches still laid flat on the ground so it was too long, all layers cut rough with some jagged, dirty hand print on 2 layers, front crinolin was to be hemmed but was folded in a 2 inch section instead of properly hemmed, 3 holes on outside layer at the bottom, fingerloop put through tulle with high chance to rip instead of anchoring it, outer layer tulle had existing rolled hem cut off jagged and restitched instead of making a new one, inner crinolin not hemmed, side seams taken in uneven so it looked lopsided and created bunching of material. I called to ask for a refund, the lady was very rude on the phone, said nothing was wrong, said I'd send pics and she refused. I sent pics anyways and then she said to bring back to fix but no refund, said I wanted full refund and to pay for new alterations, they offered full refund of alterations and dress only if I took it back. I don't trust them to fix it after butchering it. A few days back and forth they will only refund their alteration and *** towards new alterations. * ******* **** *** ** **** **** ** *** ************ ***** ******** * **** **** ***** ***** **** ******** ********
