My neighbour used this company to fix hail damage in december of 2021. While the workers were fixing the siding in the back of their home one of the workers moving the later to a different position in the yard hit the side of my home, breaking my hose real handle off the whole unit. I spoke with the owner **** over a phone call, where he expressed his regret and told me to leave the issue with him and he would take care of it. He asked me to send pictures of the broken handle and i also sent picks of the cost and model of a replacement. since December 2 2021 I have sent 4 more messages with no reply. I am disappointed on so many levels. One that he is not taking responsibility for damaged property that was caused by his workers and second that it just very unprofessional not to resolve the issue when you verbally said you would. As a home owner that is in the process of repairing my hail damage, I was looking in to Tr-iwest building Supply to take the contract and now due to his un attention about solving this issue, I would not use his services.
