We have a return for items that font follow their sizing measurements at all. This wouldnt even fit a child.There is no phone number. We have emailed and they dont instruct on how to exchange. Ideally we want a refund since an exchange is useless when we cannot get a hold of a live person and by the time they get the return on the mail which cost 25$ , everything is sold out. We wasted 5 days going back and forth getting generic responses or incomplete responses. We tried calling the store who also could not help. This seems like a hit of a **** so far. Please note this was refunded to the customer on Jan 5/2023. For context the item was delivered Dec 5/2022 on a 50% sale as a final sale. However, The customer was not satisfied and we offered a store credit. The merchandise was not received at our Warhouse until Dec 29/2022. We issued the store credit and the customer was still not satisfied so we refunded the full amount see attachment. I think its fair to say we tried to make sure to make an effort. There is also several emails that our customer service team responded to and calls made directly to the customer to resolve the issue. so being non responsive was not an issue. we can provide back up if you require

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The company did all this AFTER BBB was raised. The multiple emails they refer to is the company repeatedly asking the same questions and not acknowledging my response. It was THEIR suggestion to get a full refund. They also admitted there was an issue with the system as a whole.
