We could not sell our house through real estate agent. Too many people were coming to see the house, but wanted a house with moving condition, Some did not like the flooring, or paint. After spending our time accommodating the buyers with no result. We decided to sell house "As Is".We decided contacting Bridgedale and Sameer. Sameer was very professional and checked our house, and on the same day made an offer. Which was what we expected. Closing date was very flexible.. We are happy dealing with Sameer who was very charming and gave us enough information to make a decision..We will recommend him to any who is thinking of selling the house "AS IS"Vino

I had a great experience with this company and with Sameer, wish I had known about this option to sell my house 2 years ago would have made my life so much easier for the last 2 years. Had a few problems with my tenants renting upstairs but that got all sorted out in the end. Sameer is a great person to talk very easy to talk to and makes you feel important not just another sale. Over all they removed a lot of stress from my life and now I can actually think of retirement alittle sooner. When we decided to sell our house I contacted 2 real estate agents and 2 companies that buy your property as is. After making the decision not to list it with a real estate agent as our circumstances didn't really fit with that type of sale, I decided to go with Bridgedale Home Buyers. My first meeting with Sameer from Bridgedale was informative and lengthy as I had a lot of questions about this type of sale, which I was a little hesitant about. After making the decision to proceed with the sale I found Sameer on top of any issues that did arise ( mostly these were flexibility about dates and wording differences that my lawyer wanted changed in the offer to purchase) and was proactive on the whole process from beginning to end. The only person that I dealt with other than my lawyer was Sameer and I give him and Bridgedale a 10 out of 10 for meeting all my expectations.Bridgedale Home Buyers Inc. Response

There was an old, deteriorated house in the family which had to be sold. The situation was made more difficult by one family member's extreme emotional attachment to the childhood home (the reason it wasn't sold years ago!). Sameer from Bridgedale Home Buyers handled the situation with great skill and care. He explained the process carefully to this family member, offered a fair deal, and answered many questions. My husband and I joked together that he was part philosopher, part psychologist, part businessman. I would like to say a big thank you ! Sameer for all his hard work & commitment to helping us sell my dads home. My dad who is 78 yrs old was in bad situation and had to sell his home.
