I took my *** *** here for a slight gear slipping issue. Nothing showed up on their diagnostics. So they then go on to take a transmission fluid sample that I never saw and tell me based off that sample that my entire transmission needs to be fully replaced for $15,000. The car had no symptoms like a check engine light, grinding noises or burning smells that are common with a major transmission problem. So immediately red flags are going off. They go on to talk me out of transmission flush which should be the 1st step in this situation, they instead insist a flush would make the car run even worse. So after this red flag, I wanted a second opinion. They give the car back running worse and with starting issues it never had before to the point it needs to be towed back, not only that the car has a damaged front passenger wheel. Finally get the car back again and take it to get that second opinion, I tell the new mechanic the minor slipping issue and he recommends that we start with a transmission flush, they go ahead with the flush completely fixing the cars issues 100% Almost a month later and the car is still running like new. I have since filed a complaint about this misdiagnosis that seemed outright intentional with intent to scam $15,000 out of a gullible customer with the dealership and with ******** ******, along with a complaint about my damaged wheel and $340 tow bill I was left with, I have basically been told tough luck and that the other mechanic only temporarily fixed my transmission and theyre standing behind their blatant misdiagnosis, which I should take their word for it. The dealership and ******** ****** continue to not take any responsibility for anything while my car continues to run perfect almost a month later, while the damage to my wheel and the tow bill were/are being completely brushed off and ignored. Easily the most unprofessional and dishonest establishment Ive ever set foot in.

I took my vehicle in for service and had to bring it bag 3 times as they did not fix it properly the first time. The staff was rude and it is very clear they enjoy talking down to people. In an attempt to capture this on video I recorded my entire 3rd visit. The next day the service manager called to tell me they will not service my vehicle anymore because I was abusive. When I offered to give him the video so he could see I was definitely NOT abusive he said he believed his staff over me and didn't need too see the video. I found this service department using deceitful tactics and overall had a very dishonest way about them. After the first visit when they admitted they could not complete repairs because they had not ordered in the part which I told them they would need. I left without paying, which I felt was fair since they had not fixed anything yet. They then called my business partner and intimidated until they got their payment.I considered filing a complaint in an attempt to get my money back but I am ready to be done with this headache. I guess I will take the vehicle to another dealer to fix the issue that Lonestar was simply not competent enough to deal with

We took our 2011 MB E350 4MATIC to Lone Star on Sep-10-2021 for replacing two tires and wheel alignment. We left the car with ******* in the morning. When she called us in the afternoon, she advised us that the car was making a noise and its differential needed to be changed for a cost of $5,000. We were a bit surprised because we took the car to Lone Star in May 2021, and there was no report of any noise at that time. We drove the car for the next four months and did not hear any noise. Then we had a tire puncture. Our local repair shop fixed the leak, test drove the car and did not report any noise. After the leak repair, we took the vehicle to Lone Star, which reported this noise and the $5,000 solution. However, when picking up the car, we asked ******* if we could talk to someone to understand more about the noise and the diagnosis. She introduced us to ***** **********, who tried to evade our questions and refused to provide a reasonable answer from the get-go. We could not understand why he was behaving that way. Then I became suspicious and asked him again. He then asked us to leave Lone Star, which I refused unless we got an explanation. In response, he raised his voice, telling us to "Get Out," and started dialing the number of the police station. My wife and I have high blood pressure. As we were leaving, ***** added salt to his insult and dared us to sue Lone Star. I did not want to go as I have experienced this frivolous tactic before, but we left Lone Star for my wife's sake. Since then, we had our car checked twice and did not find any noise. I wrote to ******** ****** but received no help.
