We just completed a move with Bueller Moving out of *******. It involved packing various pieces of furniture in ******* and delivering th emto our home 4 hours north.***** showed up on time, he had 3 other people to load, which was plenty for what were moving. They put down runners to protect the floor, everyone was friendly and very competent. We have nice furniture and a grandfather clock which they wrapped and taped in blankets. ***** arrived up north as agreed and he and his partner delivered and unpacked everything with competence and care. The furniture was reassembled and placed where we requested with no damage to anything.Our experience with Bueller Moving was fantastic. Prices were reasonable, they have excellent people and everything went smoothly during a hectic and stressful time for us. We would highly recommend them for both local and long-distance moves. Overall this was the best move we have ever had done, ( 10 moves with moving companies over the years) From start to finish, an absolute delight to deal with. *** was very clear about what we would get for service and we got exactly what was described. The owner, ***, came and assessed what it would cost and how much it weighed, he was within 40lb after scaling so the price was what he quoted. The guys that wrapped and removed our furniture were unfortunately a little late in arriving however got the job done quickly.The delivery was on time and setup was done quickly.A very pleasant move, thanks *** and your team.**** C

Stay Away!!! Less than one star.They are a very unprofessional company! They did over $1800.00 in damages to our furniture and house. When I called to complain, talked to *** and she just laughed. She thought that it was funny that we had all these damages. When I told her that I would like to be reimbursed for the damages she said well thats not going to happen. After months of trying to get a hold of the owner, ***, all he could say was read your contract, and hung up on me. They hire guys off the ****** ****** and these guys were constantly asking how much my things were worth.After four months of calls and emails, they paid me $280.00 for the damages. But wait, there was a $100.00 deductible on the claim. So ended up with $180.00 for $1800.00+ in damages. The price we agreed to was $4600.00, when I received my Mastercard statement it was over $5600.00.STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.Buhler's Moving & Storage Response

Wow, I cannot believe these comments. I have never laughed at any customer who calls with a complaint. The owner would never hang up on a customer. I am not too sure what happened here but the customer was made aware that his belongings were insured for $0.60 per pound per item. He was made aware that he could up his insurance and he chose not to. We are sorry that any damage was done to his belongings but we did pay $0.60 per pound. I have never received a list that would have added up to $1800.00 so not sure what he is refering to. The customer is free to call me to discuss further.The weigh scale tickets were given to customer so he paid by the pound.Review from Ruth R

I was surprised at how pleasant, thorough and efficient the service was that I I received from ******** office and moving staff. They picked up and delivered punctually, and my furniture pieces coming from ******* to Victoria arrived in pristine condition. **** ********.Buhler's Moving & Storage Response

I RESERVED A TRUCK APRIL 13, FOR MAY 19TH MOVE FROM **** THEN CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS DUE TO DISTANCE OF THEIR COMPANY TO MY MOVE. MAY 3RD I SEE THEY DID NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT DUE TO THE CANCELLATION. I WAS TOLD NON REFUNDABLE EVEN THOUGH IT DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION WERE WITHIN 24 HOURS. *** WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE SAYING OF COURSE ITS NOT REFUNDABLE...SO BASICALLY WITH OVER A MONTH BETWEEN DEPOSIT AND MOVE DATE THEY TURNED DOWN MULTIPLE JOBS BASED ON MY 24 HOUR DEPOSIT. BEWARE BUHLER MOVING NE CALGARY, DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE NO MATTER WHAT...EVEN IF CANCELLED WITHIN A DAY, AND WITH OVER A MONTH NOTICE.
