      Extremely poor quality furniture Very disappointed in the quality of our recently purchased furniture. 2 of the sofas leather is deteriorating rapidly and began fading within 2 weeks of purchase.The store has done nothing but refer us through the warranty department to the manufacturer who has yet not responded. Several Emails have been sent to the warranty department who appears to be passing it off to the manufacturer with no success.

      Bought a sofa with an extended warranty. Within a week the cushions started sagging they continued sagging so bad the fabric all wrinkled. Also the dyes from our clothing and body oils transfer badly to the couch. It looks filthy, even the bottom of the cushion where it touches the liner is stained. They came and replaced the foam, which is no better. They did not address the staining. My husband and I are retired and very clean no pets or kids on the couch. This couch looks like it should go to the dump after 3 months of use. Even with the extended warranty Perfect Home in Calgary does not return my calls or emails.

      Bought a couch and loveseat and waited 4 months to be delivered after it was delivered two days later the cushion started sagging , so I was told that they would pick it up and they would fix it which I told them that is terrible That the couch has to be fixed after two days.but they insisted to have it fixed. To make a long story short at the end of the day they let me choose a different coach for a higher price of Cours.And then was told that I have to return the couch and the loveseat back to them right away . I expressed to them that I had no other couch or nothing to sit on .so now we will have to sit on the floor for five weeks, my husband and I are in our 60s and also my husband just recently had shoulder surgery. But they really didnt give a hoot about any of that ,they just wanted to take the couch back and leave us hanging there with nothing. In my personal opinion their customer service ***** they dont treat people very well.

      This company fails to tell you that all sales are final. I purchased a loveseat that is so uncomfortable and poor quality and after one day of it being delivered I called to request an exchange. They are going to charge a 25% restocking fee and charge delivery again and now I have to spend more money to buy something else. Terrible customer service. I will never set foot inside there again nor will I recommend them.
