I have paid for a table and four chairs in full on August ** of 2022. The price was $******. The company was Fair Deal Furniture Ltd in *******, *******. I have the receipt. The manager of the store has said that it would be four weeks to be delivered. He said that the product would come from *******. I still have not received the product. I phoned this manager named **** last November and he said that it will be coming and not to phone him that he will call me when it comes. My brother called him this February to ask him again about my table and chairs. I still do not have a reliable answer. The phone number to this store is ************ or ************. Could you please help me get my product or my money back? I have been eating off my couch since last August. This is not fair. I should have went to a different store to spend my valuable money. I would be eating off my table and chairs. A good time to get a hold of me would be any time after **** p.m. I prefer to have a phone call if possible. I am not good at this email stuff. I purchased my home furniture such as Master Bed, Dresser, Sofa set and Dining Table from Fair Deal Furniture in October 2018 including a five year warranty, I called the store and spoke to someone named Mr.**** about a few repairs required for my Sofa and Dresser on October 18 2021 and was asked to send the damage pictures which is did right away. I was told that he will call me back after a day which never happened, I phoned the store again several times and spoke to a different person every time explaining my issue and all i got was i will get a call back which has never happened.Business response

The customer has extended warranty and needs to get in touch with ********* to follow through with the repairs of their couch. We have advised the customer to reach out and have offered assistance in helping them in the process of making the claim and guiding them throughout the process.
