Ndax is withholding funds that are mine. I transfered them money from my personal bank account. Then I tried to transfer those funds to a different crypto platform that I have an account with. ********************** refused to let me do that and are now holding my funds and will not release them to me.Initial Complaint

I transferred money to this company, I wanted to try it decided wasnt for me . I had a 600$ balance to which I withdrew 300$ dec 4 *****, on the NDax account it shows it was transferred. But at my end I have not received any funds! There is still another 300$ balance but I dont dare withdraw *** it for they may lose it again . Ive sent picture my drivers license , I sent all my bank*** information includ*** photo of my account information, they keep ask*** me to send screenshots etcs which I have done they cannot seem to find where they sent my money ?! Very frustrat***, all I want dims my money back and close this account and to never have to deal with this company again !! This has been on go*** since December 4th with no avail! I deposited ***** into my NDAX account on *** **** *** ** *** *** I tried to withdraw 50% (I am testing the process before I trust this exchange with more of my money). The first request I made was on hold and not processed. I contacted customer support on *** ***, and they told me it was a technical issue and to cancel the request and to re-submit a withdrawal request that day before 4pm EST and it would be processed. They claim customers will receive funds in 0-1 Business days, yet they did not process my withdrawal and funds are still on hold, and in NEW status. The response I got from customer support was to cxl again and re-submit, which did not work the first time. They are withholding my funds against their claims that customers receive 0-1 business day and that withdrawals are processed twice a day, I want my money off of this exchange now! They very quickly accepted my etransfer, but wont return my money in the same way they received it. My husband has a crypto currency acct with ********************** for around ****** dollars. He is now dying from cancer and we cannot access his acct even thou we have all passwords and information. They are not returning any calls - no one answers the phone in any department - so well I am stuck in the ********************************* hospital I feel they are just going to steal our money. We need help. Also emailed them and get generic emails back or they say the have tried to call although we have no missed calls on our phones. What do I do? I placed money into an account with NDAX with the hopes of investing in cryptocurrency. I had read that they were one of the best platforms for this type of transaction. I place a total of ******** with them. I have since changed my mind and decided not to do this and therefore asked that the money be returned to my bank account with PC Financial. When I made the request for withdrawal the problems started. The first problem was that the bank number on my cheques was different from the number required. After many attempts and a few emails that issue was resolved. Another request was made to place the money back in the *** Account but keeps returning to NDAX. After 2 or 3 attempts I tried calling them, I constantly got an answering machine that asked for my info and promised a call back...a call back has never been made to me. Today I again contacted customer service via chat, I also demanded a "Human call me" and gave them one hour to do this. After many chat sessions back and forth nothing has changed. I kept telling them how long they had before I would lodge complaints but no person has ever called and the issue remains unresolved. They still have my money. Hi. I'm ** and not very computer smart and I recently was ******* our of $2000 by a company in ******* called NDAX IO or just NDAX I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I WANTED OUT AND WASNT INTO HIS WAY OF TALKING TO ME WE STARTED TO TALK THEN I HUNG UP.He called right back at me I was frustrated and getting madder as his line started to make me wonder what it was? it turned out to be a ******* **** and he had my money.i called them 2 days later they identified themselves as NDAX.I could get ahold of someone I WAS IMMEDIATELY hung up on they blocked my number and I can't get through any way other than emails everyday asking for my money.they hav 4-6 different explanations as to why my money was gone.they don't play with peoples money or unauthorized trading.well they said I lost it all I am so confused by these people and feel terrible about myself and it's Christmas.** * ********* ** ********** *** **** **** ****** ** *****i have to pay it back.it was a loan I got.and they took it I feel stupid.and I'm willing to go homless and spend all my income on a civil suit with them cause I will they have a story for everyone. their reviews are controlled by them on their site and ther is no negative ones.their all here.i just want my money back thanks.Initial Complaint

NDAX i have been unable to contact or receive a response from this crypto exchange for more than a week.I am unable to access my money or account. The phone number has been busy for five days 24/7. no matter the time of day is a fast busy signal. No email response at all zero communication from them
