Always great service with Basement Systems. They have installed & serviced our sump pump for many years. No issues and everything has run smoothly. Maintenance is top notch and updates required are looked after promptly. Staff are very friendly and make sure everything is looked after. Used this company one year ago after a water incident in my basement and have slept much better knowing their waterproofing system is installed, the sump pump is on the job and guarded by backups and alarms and air quality and humidity levels are now controlled. Prior to having this work done I received excellent literature and feedback from the company explaining why water seepage happens and all my questions were answered every step of the way. Now that I am at the annual service inspection stage it gives me great peace of mind knowing that all the equipment is being checked and tested. Technician ******* really knows his stuff and kindly answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. I am very happy with the quality of service I have received right from the onset with *********************** Basements Systems Calgary. Basement Systems calls ME to set up an appointment! The technician (Feiross) phoned when he was on his way. In this instance, he was early and was willing to wait out front for the appointment time if we were not home. ******* was knowledgeable, friendly and performed his work in a timely manner. We have had Laceys Basement Systems look after our sump issues for many years now. They did the initial install.
