      Aztec provided great service when I encountered minor problems with my system, returning my phone calls immediately, walking me through configuration solutions, and making special visits, without charge to make sure that my system was working properly. I am completely satisfied!

      Sent three technicians to my business to fix an issue. After 8 hours and a $2200 ****, nothing was fixed but what was suggested was a complete overhaul of my $75,000 system. After paying the invoice with nothing resolved, I then gave a $10,000 deposit for the new equipment. A week later, I found out the stereo recently worked and was not broken. After connecting wires that were unplugged and reversing some connections, the entire system works perfectly. Asked for my money back and was told there was a 25% restocking fee for equipment that wasn't in stock and also hadn't shipped from the manufacturer. Company is completely crooked, dishonest and predatory. BEWARE!

      Unfortunately, ***** and *** the owner, were extremely difficult and confrontational when attempting to resolve the issues. After their initial assessment, they were confident that one 8 hour day by three technicians would be sufficient. That 8 hour day turned into a $2200 invoice. That invoice was followed by a $20,000 proposal to completely overhaul the system because, in their words, it was "an octopus orgy" of wires which needed to be organized. They felt that pulling all the wires and replacing the equipment would be more cost effective than straightening out the existing system. After giving a $10,000 down payment to order the recommended equipment, I was told by the property's leasing department that the system was used recently and worked perfectly. I personally spent about 4 hours following cords and making sure the wires were symmetrically plugged in between units, I was able to see several missing inputs. After tracing wires and switching a few plugs from input to output, I was able to get part of the sound system operational. I switched another few wires and figured out how to get the entire restaurant's sound on. I was even able to fix the input and volume control panel after taking it apart. There wasn't any reason this should not have been able to be accomplished by technicians more knowledgeable than me. The worst part of all of this was that Aztec kept $2500 for a restocking fee on equipment that was back ordered and never arrived to the company. It was so late, we feared it would not arrive before our Opening Night. When I explained what I was able to accomplish in half the time as three technicians, they became confrontational. I can only imagine they reacted this way out of embarrassment at their ineptitude or getting caught being deceitful.
