5 starsWe are very pleased with the services provided by Accessible Solutions and Uprise Builders. ****** and **** did a wonderful job converting our bathtub into a walk-in shower. The job was done on time with minimal disruption. The staff was professional and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend them.

5 starsAccessible Solutions Did an incredible job creating a handicapped bedroom and bath for my wife. The quality of there work is outstanding, they finished the job ontime and where very helpful with everything. The lift they installed is a lifesaver and we could not get my wife to doctors appointments with out the lift.Accessible Solutions

5 starsThe key ingredients that make Accessible Solutions and *************** a sublime partnership in collaboration with homeowners are clear communication and prompt follow-through. Their attention to detail, precision, and quality of work are displayed in all aspects of the project. In the beginning, we designed a plan together, complete with drawings and text, that was created from multiple in-person, phone, text/email brainstorming sessions. Before any payment was made, those hours invested set the tone for the big renovation project - accessible bedroom, bathroom, and vertical platform lift! It also laid the groundwork for exchanging ideas with respectful guidance given their expertise in the area. It is to be expected that with any large renovation project, especially with an old house, unexpected twists and turns as well as uncontrollable delays arise. But progress on our construction moved forward smoothly because of their experience anticipating such moments, appropriately pivoting and sharing decision making. They were very sensitive to our sons challenges and his extensive support needs. They also demonstrated overall genuine care and compassion for his condition. AS and ** stayed within their budget, made changes in writing when necessary, were clean and neat on the job site, and completed the project within the general anticipated time frame (cant help some delays outside their control). While we were under construction, three of our friends were doing renovations with other service providers. And all we ever heard from them were classic horror stories. But not us! We ended up with a beautiful and successful finish, as well as the bonus of a very warm relationship with two wonderful people. 5 stars! - **************Accessible Solutions

5 starsWe are deeply grateful to ****** ********** and ******* **** of the Accessible Solutions team for designing and delivering our home remodeling project on time and with great quality. *** guided us every step of the way on how to make our home handicap friendly without compromising its aesthetics. She and **** helped plan the project meticulously, always seeking and incorporating our inputs. They were empathetic and flexible throughout the process, as our own thought process evolved on what was needed. The onsite construction team that **** assembled was professional and courteous. While there were the usual minor delays that a project like this will encounter, they were mostly due to delays in inspections or supply of parts. *** and **** did everything in their power to have the project completed on time. I have nothing but high praise for Accessible Solutions and Uprise Builders. *** and **** are not just top professionals but also great human beings. We needed to renovate our bathroom to make it easy for my husband as he will be in a wheelchair soon. ****** was so helpful and walked me through the design and taught me so much about handicap accessible items right down to soap trays. *** and his crew were great, started when they said and finished a few days early. 5 starsWe had our bathroom re-done because my husband is handicap. Having Accessible Solutions come in was the best thing we could of done! ****** and her help with ideas and guidance was great right from the start. The crew was wonderful they gave us a time schedule and they were right on it, started when they said they would and they were done when they said they would be. And so neat never a mess in my home. The products that we picked were exactly like we thought they would be and they look beautiful. Life for my husband is a lot easier thanks to work provided by Accessible Solutions. All our questions were answered and very easy to talk to. The general contractor was superb and communication excellent. The bathroom is beautiful and works well for our elderly mom. 5 starsThis was a difficult project to coordinate. We needed to install a roll-in shower for a wheelchair-bound man who was moving into a condo building in **********************. We found the product we liked and contacted the distributor for this product in this area, ********************************* at Accessible Solutions. She really took the bull by the horns to get this job done. She coordinated between several players, including the customer, his family, the manufacturer of the product, the condo management, her general contractor, and two plumbers. When the condo management's preferred plumber didn't engage satisfactorily in the planning, ****** picked up the phone and found another plumber who was much more accommodating to the complications. Shortly thereafter, ****** worked with her general contractor and the new plumber to resolve an installation issue that could have delayed the project by weeks and cost the customer several thousand dollars. The shower installation was completed in a timely manner, and it looks great! If you value customer service in a project like this, you won't find a better person and company than ********************************* at Accessible Solutions.
