I reached out to ****** and let him know I had a safety concern with a very large pine tree on my childcare playground. We had summer wind storms in the forecast and he actually stopped by that day. The huge tree needed go! He arrived the day of set everything up on time and with a cheerful disposition. The lift that he had rented was malfunctioning. The technicians had to come service it. ****** did not let that ruin the day. He put on his climbing gear, took his chain saw, and up the tree he went! My preschoolers sat and watched from the safety of our classroom windows! As ****** worked he had a huge smile on his face.
