Catseye USA are professionals!They came to our home for an assessment, pointing out places where rodents had been. They assured us they could fix the problem. Within a few days, they were at our home setting traps and within ONE WEEK they were securing our whole house interior and exterior. The customer service has stayed in contact with us during the process and was available to answer any and all questions.I would highly recommend their services.**************Review from Linda J

So far so good. A young man completed installation of the flashing type protection between the foundation and house plus siliconed many areas and installed a guard for the bottom of my garage door. Most of the mouse traps were placed in the attic (I already had traps set in my garage and laundry/storage room) but the only mice caught so far are two in the garage. Everyone who has come to my house from the estimator to the trap installers to the metal installation guy have been most kind. The reason I didnt give a fifth star is because for the time spent and the cost of materials I feel this company charges way too much. I feel a fair price would be one fourth to a third (or maybe even half) of what they charged me. Having said that if I dont hear or see another live mouse in my house I will be happy.Review from Bertha T

Thanks to Catseye USA, my mind is so much at ease. They have done a fabulous job, I saw the difference in their first trapping of these creatures. They are so very knowledgeable and have shared that knowledge. They have completed the Catseye guard, - have put in safeguard ms to prevent these creatures from getting into the house, shave gone into walls and changed the insulation. Have put silicon in holes, changed the shed ceiling; they have done everything possible to prevent these creatures from entering the house. Thanks to Catseye and his team.Review from Sandra B

This is a company of scam artists. They take advantage of people in a vulnerable position. They offer solutions that dont work and get off by saying they dont warranty anything. I asked the manager for a breakdown of why our costs were so high and he said we dont have that information. Which to me means - we pull a number out of our hat and its a rip off. He also said that he would come to our house and speak with us about why we are so unhappy and we never heard from him nor did he show up. We saw little improvement and the mice that they caught were left decaying throughout our house because they never came to clean up. We were promised that they would vacuum and sanitize all rodent droppings. This also never happened. When I say we were ripped off for a very large sum of money, I am not exaggerating. We are embarrassed we ever signed the contract but hopefully it saves others from being ripped off. Do NOT hire cats eye!!!Review from Max S

We had a great experience with ************** as he was thorough in identifying possibl entry points of squirrels that had moved into our walls. In addition to trapping, he was able to seal up the spots that needed it, and went above and beyond to help patch up an internal wall when it sounded like one might break through into our bathroom. He explained each step and the thought process along the way. We are now squirrel-free and had a great experience!Review from Richard C

So far, so good. We're two visits in and have found the tech to be knowledgeable, considerate, and generally a pleasure to work with. We're glad to have him dealing with this problem.
