Have been having problems with my Jeep Grand Cherokee AC. Each time it is something else they say is wrong. First Jeep doesn't give a rental car even through I got the car only a month before it started having issues. this is ridiculous! Now they say a part is back ordered but when I googled the part it is available on several sites. I'm waiting to hear back from the manager but I don't think I'll be impressed at all.

I had the absolute worst experience here. My jeep started having some problems and instead of bringing it to any auto shop, I thought it would be safest to bring it to a Jeep dealership so the mechanics had experience working on my type of car. I was absolutely wrong. ***, the front desk gave us so many issues, was extremely unprofessional, and when we asked for a manager to explain how we felt like this company completely scammed us she told us that they "didn't have one". Don't ever go there. It took 3 weeks and 4 trips back to get my car's issues resolved. Each time they messed with a completely different part of my car, when we got the mechanic to fess up that he "knew what the problem was from the beginning" yet didn't even fix it? We don't know how these employees were hired. I wish I looked on BBB about this dealership before ever stepping foot inside this building. We are an active duty military family, and on one of the trips my husband asked for the discount, a different person at the front desk told my husband he couldn't give it to us. My husband jokingly told the guy he would give him his ********** He actually took it and gave us the discount, I actually couldn't believe it. I wish he got that on camera because that just shows just how unprofessional this place is. Do yourself a favor and never come here, you will save so much money. *** at the front desk is one of the rudest unprofessional employees I've ever had to speak to.

Brought my Ram **** in for a recall. Part of the Rams where tailgate was opening on its own. Which mine did and caused damage to the tailgate itself (dented off a trailer landing gear). Took about a month to get in to be seen. At this time *********************** the service manager told me there was no safety issue with the vehicle despite the tailgate opening while driving several times. After a while of going back and fourth he agreed to repair the damages at no cost to me. This was back in January 2023. I have left several messages for him, called the dealership, emailed the dealership and have her to hear back 4 months later. This is the 2nd truck Ive bought through colonial south and it will be my last. It is impossible to get in for routine service. Colonial south is a scam

Brought my Ram **** in for a tailgate recall. Was told it needed to be dropped off so I had a friend pick me up, by the time I got to work, I received a call it was ready. So I again had a friend drive me there to pick it up. Silly me jumped in and left without looking at the truck. I drive to work and at lunch went to the truck and noticed a large gash in my tuxedo cover. Since I have cameras all around my house and at my office I reviewed my cameras to see if it was there before I left it with this dealership. It was not. I still could not say absolutely it happen at their shop. I called and asked the service manager *** to review his security tapes. The next day, since I still had not received a call back from ***, I called again. The call did not go so well. He said, I reviewed the tapes this morning and we did not create the damage. I responded by asking okay, can you see the damage on the truck when I arrived. The quality of our system is not good enough to tell, was his response. I then asked if I could come by and see the footage. No one is allowed in that room unless they work here he explained. I said that is fine, I do not need to go into the room, just download the footage and I can look at it from any desktop or phone. His reply, we would never allow people who do not work here to see security footage, no company would ever do that. This is where I explained that, 25 years in the service industry, with over 200 trucks on the road with my company, I have never heard of not appeasing a customer by letting them view footage. His unedited reply, So this is a trend with you? Not that I needed to be insulted nor should I have to explained to him, but that many trucks in service, dealerships, maintenance, cap installs, auto cleaning, yes in 25 years I have had to view security footage. Very few occasions. I have however had damage done, on accident, at these types of places where they call me and tell me and fix the situation without having to review footage. People in general want to make things right. As I buy trucks more than a handful of times a year, dealers usual aim to please. This dealership does not want too. The cover is about $500, not valuable enough to risk tarnishing a reputation. I did call and leave a voicemail with the ** **** at 8:30am and I will update this review based on that call. ***, you clearly need customer service training if you are going to be the, SERVICE Manager.
