Went for yearly inspection sticker and they told me that my car failed due to a headlight out and parking break needed repairs to the tune of $630.00. I told them I would shop around for a better price. The next day I went to another shop. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my parking brake, fixed the headlight, and gave me my inspection sticker!Wow. Will Never go back!Review from Cathy M

I went to have my yearly inspection on my car and I was asked to step aside to speak with a customer service at front desk which happens to be a manager and I was told it failed inspection because All 4 tires needed to be replaced and I said not true because those tires all 4 are only 2 years old . I showed my receipt and to mention I was there 6 months ago for maintenance and it wasnt mention my tire size are on there. The manager comes out look at all 4 of my tires finds nothing and he heads to the back takes a picture of someone elses tires tells me has to contact Toyota my tire is a safety hazard as he was looking at my tires he did not take any pictures then. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in Toyota esp the manager its not over!!! I refuse to let him off the hook. Trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a women. He has messed with the wrong one . Hes probably doing it to other customers as well.Review from Jorge M.

I recently got 2022 Toyota Tacoma and was a lemon. new car manager treat myself badly so disrespectful when I told him about my truck.
