      Unprofessional sales staff and customer service. A large purchase for a new kitchen. Installers brought dishwasher and disposal. Couldnt hook them both up. Said beyond their expertise. Next gas range and refrigerator were delivered. Before I could ask if both were level (had to answer a question from contractor) they were gone. Neither range or refrigerator level. Called Kelseys and told it wasnt anything they could help with, ****** was shipped from factory level? ***** gas grill was missing the propane scale. Kelseys said they would order piece and install when it came in. 6 months and many phone calls later we purchased on Amazon and installed it ourselves. We needed an odd size range vent hood. Kelseys could order but it Would be approx 2 months before it was in. Found exact item on Amazon for $100 less and had in 4 days. We started order with young man. Went back to finalize and were told he (young man) was on the delivery truck that day and that he really didnt know what he was doing, the current sales person would take care of the young mans mistakes. This was very offensive but we needed the appliances and ordered thru Kelseys. Will not make that mistake again.

      My wife and I purchased a kitchen appliance package, the company was extremely helpful during the purchase in 1/2021. The microwave broke after 2 uses, months ago. We have had numerous visits to the store to resolve the problem. I called GE, for warranty work, they were not aware Kelseys did warranty work for them. Kelseys sent two people to troubleshoot, the microwave, one month later they scheduled a visit to install new parts. Two guys showed up to troubleshoot again, not aware the parts were in. We visited the store to find out the status of the parts, we were given the run around, they were looking for the parts, two weeks later received an email to schedule service visit to install the parts, I took time off from work, they were supposed be at our home on 12/10/21, between 1-5, no show no call, all we receive is lip service to get us out of the store or off the phone, rarely are phone calls or emails answered in a timely manner if at all. We want this problem resolved instead we get jerked around, we do not recommend anyone spend hard earned money at this store, buyer beware.

      I am a third-generation customer of this establishment and it is only with new ownership that I have encountered any problems. While the company is happy to sell you appliances, the staff appears to be unable to provide service when things go wrong. There have been problems with three appliances I purchased from this company. As of now, I have been unable to get two of these problems resolved and the company's service department (which only accepts messages) simply does not return them nor does the company respond to letters about the problems. My one conversation with the owner resulted in his saying they were "overwhelmed" and he promised resolution of the problems. That was weeks ago and still no response. I understand that many small businesses are understaffed since the pandemic but when one cannot get service for months, it is no longer sensible to continue doing business with the company.
