      We hired Rockstar for my daughter's wedding 1 1/2 years before the wedding when they informed me at that time that they had no one else booked that early. We ended up hiring 7 vehicles for the wedding. We were very specific on our confirmations as to what was supposed to happen and the names of who were supposed to go in certain vehicles. They never showed up to transport the groom, the driver of the sprinter for the grandparents was rude to the elderly grandfather of the bride, the bride's mother and the wedding planner. The driver would not let the grandfather get on the sprinter at 11:00pm after the wedding that was specifically assigned to transport the grandparents, and then finally the motor coach that we hired for when the afterparty was over broke down at 1:30am and our guests who were from out of town had to find ubers because they were stranded. The owner of Rockstar was contacted as we wanted all our money back for the whole event since we all had a stressful ride to the wedding trying to find transportation for the groom and 8 groomsmen, the groom never was able to be videoed by the videographer in the limo and no photos were captured of the groom getting out of the limo, the embarrassment of how we were all talked to by the driver who refused to let the grandfather on the sprinter that was specifically hired to bring him back to the hotel from the reception. On top of that it was raining at the end of the night and we all got wet as we had to leave the lobby of the venue to go and argue with the sprinter driver who would not let the grandfather on the sprinter; the best part was that same driver bought him to the event and knew that sprinter was specifically for the elderly, and lastly the lack of safety of being stranded after the after party with a motor coach and the driver telling older guests and very young guests to get ubers. The owner's response was he would reimburse the 3 vehicles that had issues but was reluctant to issue a full refund f
