I dont understand how this company is still in business! I financed a commercial printer through another company, and without my knowledge they transferred my account to ********************. It seems that they made up terms because I did not sign any contract that said I had to pay additional insurance but Im being charged monthly for additional insurance coverage. I went to their website to see my account balance, and it never shows how much I actually owe, but it shows all my payments which I find that to be very suspicious. Why are they showing how much I owe on their website? When I called to check my balance, they told me what it was and it was twice the amount that I owed on the printer when I was with the original company. They also said its a lease which I thought I was purchasing the printer and I asked if I wanted to purchase it what would I need to do? The representative said Id have to pay off for the full lease plus an additional three payments in order to keep the printer. This should be illegal. I never agreed to least this printer. I always wanted to purchase it and thought I was paying payments towards purchasing it. I also am being charged double the amount of the printer and Im paying insurance on something that should not be charged additional insurance because I have homeowners insurance which covers everything in my home, including this printer if something were to happen. This company is very dishonest and it should be shut down immediately! They are ripping people off and they need to be stopped! WE SHOULD ALL COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM!!!Review from Kyle T

!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!I have contacted **** the "CEO" ***** and **** my Sales *** countless times through email, phone calls and even had several meetings with promises to rectify the situation. Here we are 6 months later no further than I was. I finally had ***** answer from FM by using ONE OF MY SERVERS phone that wasn't my phone number. "Then he says this is over my head, I'll get you in contact with **** the "CEO". WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THAT!?!? This company TOTALLY misrepresented the entire situation. They promised handhelds which was completely the wrong handhelds. They tell you they have lower rates but don't tell you, you are paying the rate down yourself. They also don't tell you they are leasing the equipment through a company called "cascade". We are now in collections $20,000 for equipment that was never installed still sitting in the box brand new that I can't even use due to it being the wrong equipment and not at all what we were promised. Before you comment saying "we have been trying to contact you, I have attached the emails showing proof of still no answers. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AND A TOTAL *****************Review from Beth C

Oh my goodness, I would avoid this company like the plague. We only needed one credit card machine for our office manager, and they sent us a box of credit card Machines that seemed to be enough for a big office and made each of us 3 practitioners sign a separate lease and the sales person rushed us to get on a group call and sign the forms while there was someone in another state sending us forms. We were never able to integrate the machines with our software and they were very difficult to reach returned to sender when we tried to return the machines . We eventually contacted someone and asked them for the best address to return the machines, and we spent over $50 again trying to mail them back, and they returned them to sender again. At best, they are unethical and corrupt. At worst, they are professional conartists.Review from Deborah V

Horrible company. Every month they say they loose my Tax Exemption, add a $10 charge to look at my bill online (I receive no hard copy) and tell me it's mandatory that I pay Personal Property Tax to them which is a complete different state than I reside. They never had my purchase in their state, I financed a loan to purchase from a company I always do business with in yet another state. If I had enough value in Property for my home business I would have to pay my ***************** in MY STATE. I informed them that I called the Secretary of State, CDTFA and ********'s Office and **** told me my state is incorrect on the laws and I have to pay them Personal Property Tax. So, I receive late charges as I go by the laws of my state and will not be double taxed. They also changed wording on billing of financial loan to "Rental". Worst company to do business with.Review from Renee T

Very dissatisfied with this company. Never have I been this deceived. First they charged me for a property tax fee which where I live does not apply. And a week after I got lease equipment I provided proof of insurance. Yet I was charged. when I questioned it they said show me proof I sent it. I even have emails back and forth saying is was sufficient was told I would get it credited. When I finally was able to speak to some one on these matters. They informed me I would not be getting any credit back. This was when they were taking the money out of my checking account automatically I stopped them from doing it cause of all the over charged fees. I am no longer getting charged the property tax fees since I have been getting invoices. But now getting charged for the invoicing. I agree with many who have complained about this company stay as far away as possible, And if you are having them take the money out of your checking account automatically keep a close eye on extra fees. They are shady this way.Review from Brent H

Stay as Far away from this company as you can.Due to a Clerical error, a COI was not sent to TimePayment during the renewal of our insurance. They charged me close to $400 per month for not having insurance. I contacted them and was informed that I just needed to submit proof of coverage and the fees would be credited. I submitted proof of insurance and am now being told that because it wasn't emailed to them by the termination date all fees are valid and no credit will be issued. No where in the lease/financing agreement does it state this, only that fees can be charged if equipment is not insured. I proved it was insured. They say not until you emailed in the **** We don't know if it was insured. The insured dates are printed right on the COI!Horrible business practice wish I would have seen these reviews before my vendor suggested financing through them. (Vendor has been great through the process). I have of course informed them of this situation as well.Review from Erin-Lee C

Absolutely the worst experience with a company. They are very misleading and unclear on terms when speaking with them. They are unhelpful in resolving issues, and their fees and charges are completely ridiculous. Their terms are not transparent at all, with very fine print discussing additional fees at the end of the contract, never providing clear total amounts. Even after that, they add more misleading fees. They also find ways to charge fees for not meeting numerous insurance documentation requirements. It just keeps going on and on. In my opinion, hidden fees are their primary way of making money, and you are constantly chasing them. The bill they send never has any amounts on it either. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a company. Awful way to use and abuse.Review from Cherie A

Very misleading on their terms. Not transparent at all!. VERY fine/hidden print talks about additional fees at the end of the contract and never gives clear total amounts. Then they add even more misleading fees after that. They also find ways charge fees for not jumping through all kinds of hoops for insurance documentation. It just keeps going on and on. Hidden fees here and there are pretty much how they make their money in my opinion and you are constantly chasing them.Review from Tony L

I wish I had read these reviews before I worked with Timepayment. They are horrible. I went out of business and contacted them to return the "leased" equipment but was told I am required to pay the bulk of the amount even if I return the equipment. They would only give about $500 of credit for equipment worth $3000. I am so upset but I think I have no choice but to pay. It isn't a lease at all.
