April 2022 through August 2022 We contracted with **** Landscaping to provide lawn and landscaping services. I am retired and home everyday. They did not fulfill their contract obligation. I sent multiple emails to complain regarding the lack of service. They continued to bill me for services that were not performed. My husband met with the Project Manager to complain, and we thought we had an agreement that we would only be billed for the services that had taken place in April, May, June. however; they filed with the ************************************** to collect a debt of $1518.68. We have paid $2400.00 for the work performed in April, May, June, 2022. To the best of our knowledge, no work was performed on our property after June 28, 2022 and yet they are billing us an additional $1518.68. I terminated the contract due to lack of service.The following is the complaint that I sent to **** Landscaping on August 9, 2022 1.Our current invoice includes a fuel surcharge, however; not one service has been performed on our property since June 27, ****** **************** Program: We have only received the turf spring fertilizer and the turf late spring fertilizer. Our lawn looks far worse than it has looked in 37 years. We have weeds growing all over our lawn. We have not been contacted as to when our next lawn treatment will be but we want to terminate the Lawn health care program.3. Plant bed Development: Only once did someone come and do anything that resembled ********************** I have done all the weeding, trimming of plants, and plant bed cleanup.4. Black Mulch Installation: This was done on 2 separate days with the first day being a complete disaster. I complained about the lack of knowledge and care of the installers. The next day **** Landscaping sent a different crew to fix the mess made by the previous installers. I am furious that they ripped out my Dahlias.This is one of many emails, phone calls and meetings with ******************* to complain.
