              I cancelled an insurance policy on 6/6 due to them increasing my premium by almost 2K. they send my refund via **** and I never receive it. I call in and all they say they can do is resend it ****. they have now tried to send 3 times at which none have made it to my house yet I receive all other correspondence. I have asked for other solutions like sending overnight or 3 day or **** priority so I have a tracking and the response is "we cannot this is our process" I am now in jeopardy of having my escrow recalculated and my house payment going up over $200.00 and this is unacceptable.

              Somehow this company made an error and not having my payments on auto. I get a cancellation email and now I had to pay $400. And again this is happening. I will be canceling my insurance and going elsewhere.
