The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

My dispute is that as an insurance agency I was not offered to correct coverage and when I made a claim I was informed that I was not covered for my Oil Tank or the damage the Oil tank make from a leak, I had to call the ********* and Mass DEP and Im being charged. When I called the Insurance Agency to ask why I was covered I was informed that the person that wrote my policy didnt offer me the coverage to my Oil Tank knowing my house was heated by oil and that she provided me with all other coverages but not the most important one. I was also informed by the Flynn Insurance that the employee that wrote my policy was no longer there. This is expectable.
