This is a very knowledgeable, very detailed inspection with RAPID results (full inspection report) plus photos. ***** was available for a post-inspection question, as well, which I appreciated.Review from Haley L

***** is absolutely fantastic. He was very easy to contact and was able to come out on short notice. He arrived early, and his inspection was thorough. As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit out of our comfort zone, and ***** made sure to answer all our questions and explain what needed to be done now and what could be done later on. During the inspection, he pointed out that we needed the sump pump replaced and that we had a leaky sewer line. With his pictures and detailed explanation, we were able to get the seller to fix the sump pump and the *** to replace the sewer line before purchasing our home. His inspection report included important details and referred to corresponding pictures, which made repairs after moving in a lot easier. We feel very comfortable in our first home thanks to *****'s work, and we highly recommend you contact ***** for your home inspection!Review from Monica T

We peppered **** with questions, before, during and after he inspected out prospective (and now present) home, and he always gave us a considered answer. The areas of concern he found have been validated by subsequent contractors. As others have noted, he was prompt, thorough, and provided a detailed report on what he did and did not find with dozens of photos and we have since detected only a couple of other issues. His rate is on par with other inspectors we contacted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing to inspect a home in the ****** area.Review from Maura A

***** was really thorough and his notes on issues to fix were extensive. He also took pictures and provide them electronically, referring to them in his notes so I could find the corresponding pictures on a later date. He was also clear that although there were a lot of issues to fix over time, none of them were *************** issues which was helpful to hear, and he was gave an approximate timeline for when I should deal with certain issues like attic venting which did not need to be fixed right away. ***** was very responsive and was kind enough to answer questions after he had submitted his report.Review from Anna D

***** was very professional and thorough in his home inspection. He literally looks at every square inch of the house, inside and out. I would highly recommend him for anyone purchasing a home. *********************** is beyond excellent. He is a master inspector for a reason. Decades of experience and very knowledgeable. We never could have managed without him. The home had complex issues that he identified, educated us about and walked us through potential solutions. Additionally, ***** is extremely professional and just an overall great guy.
