            We bought a matrass from them , but my wife made a mistake and ordered a wrong size. When it was delivered and realized the it doesn't fit, the company representative told us that they taking it back and after measuring our bed made some phone calls and promised to deliver rite size matrass. To find out when, we have to talk to a sales person who was dealing with us in the show room. When my wife called him hi said that he needs to talk to manufacturer and he will call us next day. Two day later my wife called him again. this time his attitude was very different he was very rude and told her that manufacturer does not want to take the matrass back therefor we have to take it and if we want for additional $500 he well sell us rite size matrass and a box spring. When my wife asked him what she is going to do with the wrong matrass - he said : Sell it on a ***** List .When I tried to call him he did not take my call and did not call me back.

            This company posts inaccurate (lower) prices for on-line purchases than what they honor. I recently purchased an item from them (item was ordered, and acknowledgement of purchase received). Upon following up on the order status a couple days later with the vendor, I learned from the vendor that BEDROOMS cancelled the order without my authorization or consultation. I contacted the company who first denied they canceled the order, and later then informed me that if I wanted the product I needed to pay additional $$$ or travel to their facility to pick up the item. Buyer beware that posted on-line prices may not be what is advertised.
