I got a hot water overheat issue and when I used hot water, the valve is leaking water. I reported the issue more than a month before but the service never performed. I asked for maintenance done on my furnace in last fall, but it was only done yesterday. Many months delayed. I want to give ***** and D*** the office people the stars due to their kindness in helping me set up the schedule each time. But I am disappointed that I was charged 480 dollars for less than one hour work on my part replaced on my furnance and after the work done, the over heating issue still exists. When I reported the issue back to the office, I was only told coldly by the office manager to tell the technician who performed the job. I had the gold service plan, and I am not sure why I am still charged for the labor charge? I am not clear. And why the maintenance is dragged so late to be performed. The bill simply says replace iron flow check ( 30 minutes to less than one hour replacement work) for 480 dollars. I ended up carrying the dirty water from basement to the outside myself. And even more devastating, the part had nothing to do with the over heating issue, it still has the issue after the replacement. After the issue persists, the maintenance is done. I just felt something is not right about this, but is it hard to communicate with the office manager. And there is no way to talk to the owner of the company about my concerns. I am sending the review to express my concerns and frustrations...
