      I ordered the arrangement FTD Natures Wonder, what was received was an arrangement not even close to the actual arrangement. I understand that Substitutions may be necessary but in this case the flowers are not in the same color scheme. There were no Stargazer lilies, blue irises, purple statice, or anything close to a whitewashed basket. The flowers received where nothing more than gerberas, daisies, and what looked to be some short of carnations in a brown basket. They failed miserably! Their customer service email response addressing why my order was not filled properly was based on several false information, one example they stated there was not sufficient time because my delivery was to an elementary school that released at mid-day, when actually the school is an all day school. They will not answer my last email, and their phone number is disconnected l.

      I purchased the Summer sunshine basket for ***** from flowersallover.com which contained roses, Gerbera daisies, Carnations (at least two large single and small cluster stems), and Lime green button Chrysathemums. They substituted with 3 Gerbera daisies, one stem of delphinium (to replace the two roses) Everything else was replaced with white and yellow daisies that I can purchase from a grocery store for approximately $5 a bundle. I do not feel that was a equitable substitution. I would love to submit the pictures to show the difference. They responded with the normal due to Covid and supply chains the flower companies are having supply issues. Ok. Then they need to change their brochures and websites to reflect a product they can fulfill. A basket of daisies is not the same as roses, gerbera daisies, carnations and lime green button chrysanthemums. They will not redo the basket or give me any refund. I will be glad to submit the pictures if you tell me where to send them. I do not recommend this company.

      The flowers that I ordered were not the flowers that were sent. When I asked for a partial refund their response was that the flowers that were substituted were of better quality and higher quality. In actuality the bouquet looked much smaller.

The pandemic has caused well publicized unprecedented supply chain issues and we strive to insure that the filling florist meets or exceeds our industry's substitution policy (which is linked on every product on our website) The arrangement the recipient received is valued at a minimum of $75 (you were charged $49.99) in that it not only contains far more expensive varieties - iris, gerbera daisies, craspedia and lilies - than the one you selected while maintaining the look and feel of the original - bright and colorful mixed flowers - it is nearly twice as large. Based on the above, no adjustment is required. *************
