Dryer vent wizard is a disaster. This is the one *******************************************. They sent out a vent cleaner that only went in the attic for several minutes and cleaned by making a hole in the vent. Took out a little lint and was done. I have a second floor dryer by the bedrooms. The cleaner needed to go to where the vent originates and clean the vent that leads to the outside. It is full of dryer lint and needs to be cleaned out. The dryer was no better after the cleaning and I was charged almost $400.

BEFORE REPLYING I WANT TO STATE THAT THIS CUSTOMER IS REVIEWING A SERVICE CALL WE MADE IN JULY 1ST 2019 NOT THE RECENT SERVICE WE PROVIDED ON OCTOBER 28TH OF THIS YEAR.We re of course sorry that this customer was not happy with the service provided back in 2019. We do guarantee our work and had she contacted us back then, we would have returned and worked with her until she was satisfied or refunded her payment. 3 years later there is nothing we can do to determine if there was any problem with the service provided back then. And for the record, the cleaning price was $239.As far as I can tell from emails and conversations with this customer, she feels the cleaning was not done properly due to the amount of lint that was found on the vent cover and in the vent when we came out in October. I tried to explain that it had been 3 years since her last cleaning and that it is very common to find a good deal of lint after 3 years.
