TLDR: Dirty, disorganized, poor customer service, possibly neglectful. I took my 6 month old puppy here for her first doggy daycare experience, as we live in an isolated area and she needs socialization. I explained this both on the phone and at drop-off, also noting that she starts off fearful, then warms quickly to other dogs. I was a little bit worried when I dropped her off, because frankly, the facilities were a mess--stinky, visibly dirty (even in the office), and piled with disorganized clutter. The staff I interacted with seemed to be teenagers with no customer service training. When I picked up my dog at the end of the day and asked how she did with playtime, they told me she seemed fearful and so they just kept her in the kennel all day--no playtime, which was what I told them I was paying for. The pickup was disorganized and my dog came out visibly distressed, shaking, with her tail all chewed up. I asked about it, and they said her tail was probably just wet from spraying down the kennel. Spraying down the kennel? With her inside of it? Or, did they put her alone in a wet concrete room in January? Either way, not okay. She never barks at people (only other dogs), but was incessantly barking at one of the attendants, who repeatedly told her to "just stop it". As I paid (?!) and hurried her out to the car to calm down, they forgot to give me back her food, scoop, and medical paperwork. I remembered the food and went back inside for it. All night she was anxious, pooping and peeing 3x as much as normal, and trying to chew her tail (not something she usually does). She stank like urine, feces, and chemicals. Three days later (this morning), they called to tell me to come get her paperwork. A local business owner who is active in animal rescues implored me to leave this review and pursue the matter further, so here we are. Do not trust this business with your dogs.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this boarding facility. We were very open about the fact that this was the first time our dog was being boarded and we were leaving her for a week while we were ** in *******. We asked for communication about how she was doing and the staff never reached out. We were also a little taken back at the fact the whole facility was paved concrete - the photos online made it seem like the dogs would have cots, mats on the floor, etc. After we left her we capitulated but called several times and pressed the staff and they told us she was eating and playing, which we took as a good sign. We had arranged that she would get a bath on the last day with the staff and they told us to come at 2pm when "dog naptime" is over. We arrived at 2:15pm to a closed up kennel and the dogs barking like crazy, unattended. A sign on the door said "back at 3pm". Nobody answered the phone. Two people drove up on a four ******* and we flagged them down, one seemed to be a family member of the staff and she was able to contact her to come open the door, but not before yelling loudly at the dogs to "shut up" because "they just never stop barking here". We said we were surprised to find the place unattended and she said "yeah the staff are weird here". When we were let in to get our dog there was almost no communication. Our dog was retrieved, payment given, and door locked immediately behind us - so fast that we in fact left our dog toys at the desk. Our dog was visibly stressed, smelled strongly of urine, and was walking very stiff legged - presumably from laying on concrete all week. I tried to go back and ask if this was typical and again, door locked, phone kept ringing. Later when we bathed her, we found a large wound on her tail - possibly a bite from another dog with crusted blood all over it. We were honestly shocked because this facility has all five star reviews and we trusted the website/comments - we felt we needed to warn others.
