On 04/17/2023, I paid $744.60, and 04/18/2023, I paid $496.40, totally I paid $1241.00 to the Aspen Dental office located at *************************************************** to do the deep cleaning on 04/18/2023. The manager lied to me that my insurance didn't cover my deep cleaning. Actually my dental insurance MetLife processed the claim on 05/22/2023, and submitted the payment $1622.00 to Aspen Dental by ****** should only need pay $178.00 for my deep cleaning. I called the dental office in ******, the management office, and customer service line so many times, they always said they had to wait for their insurance department to process the claim; they always promise they will pay in 2 weeks, but it never happened. It has been 7 months since my dental insurance MetLife paid them, but I still didn't receive any refund from this claim. I did X-ray check on 04/17/2023 at the same office, and Aspen dental processed this claim on 09/05/2023. I did the dental filling on 06/14/2023 at the same office, which was the last and final appointment I had with them, and MetLife processed this claim on 07/11/2023, paid Aspen Dental $276.00, I only owe them $68. Aspen Dental processed this claim on October, 2023. It seems that they don't want to process the deep cleaning claim and refund the money that I overpaid $900.00. I only had 3 appointments with Aspen Dental this year. My experiences with them were the worst dental experience I ever had.
