I have had RIHI (Rhode Island Home Improvement Inc.) several improvements to my old home. They started with the roof, then doors and siding, and they also sided the inside of the porch. What a difference!!! Looks beautiful!!! Such a great improvement!!! RIHI were easy to work with. If I wasnt sure of a decision, they took the time to explain the options. The inside of porch, was just going to have the siding be the exterior house wall. When I asked about the other walls, and ceiling, they came up with a solution of vertical siding on those walls, and it looks beautiful!!! So cheery and clean!!! This will be so easy to dust and clean too!!! Perfect!!! All the workers knew and did their jobs very well, and were very respectful of me, and my property!!! I am so pleased with them!!! They will change out the basement windows soon. If youre looking for a company that cares about their workmanship, and starts at the time they give you; this is the company to choose!!! They will be my go to company!!!

We recently had our roofs(garage and home) totally replaced by RIHI. Our house is a 125 year Victorian with steep gables and decorative touches including a turret. Not an easy job but all work was completed to specifications and expected timeline. The roofing crew was amazing to watch. Each person worked as hard as the next. They were meticulous in completing particular details of the day. It was clear that the crew was well versed in all safety precautions and they worked together as a team to ensure each others safety. They made extraordinary efforts to keep not only our property clean but our neighbors as well. Any repairs to the roof that were needed before laying the shingles were done correctly and without delay. We had no worries at all because of the crews diligence and the company providing a well trained and cohesive team. we felt completely confident that the company wanted to take care of us and our home. The crew were masters of roofing. They worked incredibly hard for long periods each day of the job. we wholeheartedly recommend RIHI for roof replacement. RIHI managed the project extremely well from start to finish. The crew was extremely motivated with heavy rain all week. The bulk of the job took 4 days on my colonial style house. The team was very pleasant and accommodating. Any questions and adjustments that I wanted were handled immediately and to my satisfaction. Post project review and checklist resolution took about a week and I happily signed off on a job well done. As with the other reviews, the sale process was not great. More attention should have been given to the expertise of the installation team and the quality of the product, which we are very satisfied with. We were very happy with the workmanship and attention to details from the crew. The project management was well done, before during and after the work was completed. We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion done by RIHI. They are very easy with which to work, and they were accommodating to our schedule and needs. During the initial consultation and design meeting, I knew exactly what I wanted as I had done my research. We wanted a seat added to the shower to be prepared for our needs as we get older, and I knew exactly which one. Although it was not one they normally install, they did the legwork to get the one I wanted. Unfortunately, it is on backorder; and at RIHI's suggestion, money was held back from our final payment until it arrives and gets installed!! The workers were pleasant, and completed the process as we were told it would happen. They cleaned up at the end of each day, something that is very important to me. Initially, we were put off by the hard-sell tactics of the salesman. Our confidence in RIHI was restored by the attentive, knowledgeable project manager and the great work crew. The project manager returned phone calls and he gave accurate information throughout. The work crew was hardworking, provided skilled workmanship, and addressed our every concern. They worked from early morning until just before dark to complete our project on time. We love the new siding and the great facelift for our home.Rhode Island Home Improvement Inc. Response

After a marathon meeting with 6 other contractors/roofers, we were pleasantly pleased with ****** from RIHI.His knowledge of product and procedures was exactly what we needed, he explained everything, patiently listened to our concerns,and best of all didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want ( or need). He was great and very professional, didn't make any false promises or promise us a "free" roof.After meeting with ******* when the job was done, we are positive we made the best choice.Thanks again guys!Review from David W

I have to admit, my first interaction with RIHI was not a positive experience, with a very 'high pressure' sales presentation that was just plain bizarre. However, after discussing the prior interaction with the company's owner, he took my feedback about the sales rep seriously and promised to make things right. He worked with me diligently and honestly, and once we had agreed on the price and scope of the siding installation, everything was smooth sailing from there. The project proceeded on schedule, the installation crew was fantastic and their attention to all the little details was truly amazing. The line of siding that RIHI installs is top-notch. I did get two other quotes from installers who offered this same siding, and two quotes from installers who proposed a cheaper grade product - and the difference was quite clear. Of course, there is a difference in price as well, but I am comfortable that what I have will hold up much better for the long term, and I have confidence that RIHI will take care of things if any issues do come up in the future.Rhode Island Home Improvement Inc. My home looks 100 times better after the attention to detail and hard work from RIHI. Its such a great quality of siding and they put up all the little things for me that tie it all together like my new outdoor lights, flag pole holder and house number plaque. They were timely and the crew cleaned up all of the mess when they were done. The supervisor **** was great at communicating with ** and answered all of our questions. I would give a 10-star review if that were an option. Due to the mild winter weather, our siding project began and was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with RIHI. Every concern was addressed to our complete satisfaction, the workers showed tremendous respect to our property throughout the project and cleaned up at the end of every day. If ever we need another big home improvement project, RIHI will be the first company we will call with confidence of quality workmanship. Thank you to all who were a part of our home improvement.
