We initially found **** and his crew at P. Catalano Construction through BBB online and chose them out of several contractors that we were in contact with. Our initial contract was for a two-story addition including a primary bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen as well as a small deck. **** was very patient and willing to work with us on our design for the addition. We love how the layout looks and how the addition looks attached to the existing structure. They were careful and thoughtful about how they would connect this addition to our roughly 110-year-old existing structure. During the construction process, we decided to add on an additional job of siding the whole house which looks amazing! We are not quite finished with construction but we are very pleased with what has been completed so far. **** is easy to get in touch with and returns phone calls in a timely manner. The crew has been very professional and hardworking. I can not say enough about how clean they keep their job site. The crew takes care to cover anything that they dont want damaged and the site is cleaned up each day before they leave. We are thrilled with the quality of the finishing work. The woodwork, tile, and cabinetry show great attention to detail. Overall we are very satisfied with the work that this company has done on our home and will almost certainly be contacting them for future projects.

The contractor who cares...can't say enough about Catalano and every single person who works there!! The thing that **** us to them was how family oriented they were and how personally invested they were to make sure we'd have the addition we wanted, at the price we could afford and the quality that made us happy. We've grown out of our home but didn't want to move so they made sure to help design and built the perfect addition for our growing family and new dog! This isn't just the contractor you want to work with, it's the guys you want to invite over to your house for a bbq (trust me, we did!) As we're nearing the end of the job, I cannot wait to bring our Christmas tree into our beautiful addition!! From the outside, you can hardly even tell there is an addition because they (especially ****'s crew) did such a seamless job connecting the existing house to the new addition. I'm absolutely going to miss all the guys who worked on this house and are going to have to figure out other jobs we need done just to have them back! ****, *******, ****, all the ***** and *****, you guys are the best. They're so respectful, talented, funny and so great with our kids. We're so thrilled to have found and hired Catalano!!

We hired **** Catalano to add a second story and garage to our house. From the start the experience has been great and pretty straight forward, especially for such a large ***************** came to the design consultation prepared and laid out his pricing structure, which came out lower than others we met with. His designs for our house were exactly what we were looking for. Before the project began he and his team helped us navigate the permitting process, including obtaining a variance.**** and his crew have been very receptive to the many questions we've had along the way, and have quickly adjusted their plans whenever we requested change orders. We're a few weeks out from everything being complete, but so far everything looks very nice and has been high quality. From the outside our house looks brand new, and it'd be hard to tell it was once a ranch. We would certainly recommend P. Catalano Construction for major additions or renovations.

**** went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a price we could afford. He was also easy to get in touch with when we had questions and responded in a very reasonable time. My addition isn't completed yet, but so far we're pleased. The framing crew finished their portion of the job in less than 2 weeks. They were very accommodating and did an amazing job trying to keep the house clean as the worked. This was incredibly appreciated, as our construction started the day before we brought our baby home from the hospital. The electricians were also great. So far, we're quite happy. I'll attempt to update once the project is complete!
