Call at 8am everyday for weeks about who knows what. Employees start screaming matches and will Give you 0 information on anything unless they get all of your personal information first. Extremely unprofessional and almost criminal

Have been receiving numerous from this company. When I returned call they were rude and would give me n9 9nformation. All they 2anted was to know the phone number they were calling from. I would not give them that information, and told him to f**k off.I have now blocked that number and will not respond unless they send me a certified letter.I have no outstanding debt, and have never not paid all my bills.Seems to be a SCAM !

Somebody called @ 9AM whispered maybe three-four words(which I could not hear) and hung up. It was beyond creepy and when I called back it was a recording saying the company name. Please watch your employees and ensure their doing their job and not anything else. Im not comfortable answering the phone again.

This firm is highly unprofessional. Not only did they call me, but they have also been calling family members just because they have the same last name (not immediate family members) for a "debt" that is supposedly from 2013. When I called back, I was told they would "forward the information" and hung up on me. Upon calling back and reaching a different person, ****** she claimes they have sent letter(s) to my attention which has never been received. I do plan to have my attorney contact them as I have made major purchases in recent years and this so-called debt has never surfaced until now. No response is necessary unless it is addressed to my attorney.

A call out of the blue came in this morning. The person on the other end refused to answer my questions as to who they were and what they did, but began rapid-fire questioning, aggressive to the extreme, about my bank account and where I lived. After the guy repeatedly refused to tell me anything about who he was or who he was with, I disconnected. Thinking it was scammers, I dialed the number back and was answered with "Valentine & **********", where the final name was unintelligible. Again, they began questioning without telling me who they were or what the call was about.To figure out the scam, I googled the name and arrived here. I'm unaware of outstanding debts and my credit score is above 750, but they seemed to think they were onto something or they specialize in bullying people into submission.Their lack of transparency and aggressive questioning makes me question the value of them to lenders or borrowers.
