      I am the caregiver for a lovely 95 year old lady and a sales person from Dr ********************** called and harassed the lady I care for. Pushing and pushing her and not accepting no thank you for an answer. After 10 minutes I noticed that the lady I care for was beginning to be stressed out and unstable because of the harassment and the fact that many elderly people don't want to be direct. Shame on this woman!!!!

      I ordered calmax lemon lime and it came and I read the ingredients because they keep them hidden on the web page. It has other ingredients that you do not want in your body. Erythritol is not going in my body ( and others). They don't reply to questions on their web page. And their email doesn't work. It is going back. *** and FTC will be getting my complaint next. Deceiving the public that it is a health product.

      Our investigation indicates that ***************** ordered one can of CalMax Refresh on December 14, 2023.  **** could view the actual label of ingredients by clicking on the ingredients.  The product does contain Erythritol which functions as a natural sweetener (also found in fruits and vegetables) that has a good safety profile.  According to the manufacturer, overall Erythritol appears to be a good alternative sweetener with very few side effects.

      We also tested our website customer service links and they have been operational.  As with any product, they may not work for everyone but fortunately they work for the vast majority of our customers who have received benefit through the years.  We thank **** for ordering CalMax Refresh and he should follow the return directions for a full product refund.

      This company doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered *************** and I was sent Dr. *********************** **************** agents were rude and they refused to refund my shipping and told me I would have to pay shipping to send it back too. I will never deal with them again.

      I ordered their ****** product on 3-5-2022. Order number *******. It arrived about a week later. I tried the product for 3 weeks with absolutely no results. The product has a 30-day guarantee. I called Dr. ******* phone number to ask for a full refund, $191.65. I got a recording saying if I have a complaint to email, info@*******.com. On 4-4-2022 I wrote an email requesting a full refund and how to get a hold of me. No one responded. I sent two more emails over the next two weeks. No one ever responded. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

      Upon our investigation, we find that ***** ordered CalMax from our company on 3/5/2022 order ID *******. Our records do not indicate that there was a return request for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and we are concerned that our customer care department did not respond. Our product guarantee (stated on the invoice) requires the customer to call for the number and return the unused portion of the product for a product refund. Fortunately, our products work for the vast majority of our customers but we understand that no product works for everyone which is why we offer the guarantee. As a special courtesy to this customer since we don't understand why customer care did not respond accordingly, we will honor the product return even though it is later than the 20 day trial period. Please return the unused product for a refund of the product price at your earliest convenience for the credit.The continued success of Dr. Newton's Naturals is dependent upon our customers' trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust.

      The literature received with product and radio add for Dr. ********************** naturals, glucosamine cream extra strength says that it has a 30 day money back guarantee for return of the unused portion of the product. But when I called after having burning with use, They said that it cannot be returned because it was opened. They did offer to give me 20% back which Would be $8.79. The shipping cost is $9.95 to get it in the first place of which There was no mention. I was already going to lose money from this and having to ship it back. But now they dont want to come through on their guarantee of Refunding the product cost of $43.93. I think other people need to be warned. I did not even take the 20% back. I would like the full amount back. But I just have to settle with warning other people. Ship date 3/21/22. Called to return 4/12/22. *******. *************************, RN, CRNI, VA-**

      11/21/21 I called to order Glucosamine XS Cream heard on the *************************** convinced me that I DID NOT WANT 1 Tube + 2nd free bottle to try the product.I received 5 Tubes $ 190.75.I tried 2 bottles, did not help my shoulder.3/30/22 I received GLXS 2-3 oz tubes $51.94 + shipping $9.95 that I DID NOT ORDER.*************** YOUR COMPANY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.I called your customer service asked "where is your 30 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE"?       Upon investigation, I find that that ********************* has been a valued customer with ******************** since 2007 and we appreciate her business throughout the years. On 11/13/2021 ***** ordered a supply of Glucosamine Cream as she mentioned. According to our records she also signed up to receive another shipment on our Healthy Dividends Program. On 3/25/2022 her first Healthy Dividends automatic shipment was sent to her accordingly by our company. Apparently, ***** is disputing this shipment. As she stated in her review, she called our customer service department to let them know that she did not want this order. She was given a Return Authorization (RMA) to return the unwanted product. Upon receipt, we will issue a product refund. To date, we have not received the product back but as soon as we do, we will issue the product credit.Our customers are important to us. The continued success of Dr. Newton's Naturals is dependent upon our customer's trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Thank you, ***** for being a valued customer for so many years!

      Suspicious company, seemingly riding the latest health craze to make a buck. My father ordered stuff, his assisted living home refused to let him have it. Not associated with any serious health practitioners.

      I attempted to order 2 Bottles of CalMax from the website's Special Sale, order 2 CalMax, get one Omega3 free. When I finished my placing my order, the special code declined saying that sale was no longer available. Initially, I talked to a CSR who told me their only special was $117 but I discovered the Special Sale on the website. Can't risk it. $14 charge for snail shipping. I gave them 1 Star because you can't post without giving a star.

As indicated on the site, it states that the code is not valid on these types of orders.       I ordered Dr ********************** Calmax 9/12/2021 When product wasnt recieved contacted customer service in October 2021. Was told product was delivered but i didnt recieve a investigationconducted and will hear back in one week. No contact to date 11/13/2021. I would like my refund Radio station should be contacted WDAS FM Philadelphia.I wish I had read the reviews from BBB before purchasing.Should have 0 stars for me

      Upon our investigation into this complaint, our records indicate that the product was delivered on the front porch by *** on September 16, 2021 at 7:04pm to the correct address. *** indicates that this area of the city is known for packages being taken. On 11/2/2021 a customer service rep called to advise of the situation and that we would gladly send out another shipment however we needed a signature upon receipt. There was no answer or voice mail. On 11/3/2021 a second call was placed to let the customer know the situation and again there was no answer or voice mail. On 11/4/2021 another call was placed to let the customer know that we would re-ship the order but signature upon receipt would be required in order to eliminate the possibility of shipment being taken by the wrong party. At this point I would suggest that the customer call us to let us know a good time to re-ship the product.

      Poor customer service:Order for glucosamine extra placed June 20, 2021:.. Product was as advertised for pain relief, however, their commercial aired in the ***********, ***. area on Sunday mornings @ 11:30 AM is VERY misleading & fraudalent...it states "...order within the next ten minutes & receive an EXTRA FREE SUPPLY WITH YOUR ORDER..."My order was accurately placed timewise, but I never got the free supply...when I called ********* in customer service she said that the free offer was ONLY FOR CERTAIN LARGE ORDERS (not what the commercial stated)....advised them to REWORD THEIR CON-JOB COMMERCIAL!!!!!!!!!
