If it was possible for a zero start thats in deed what they would be getting. Pretty pathetic that the new owner at Westgate Lanes, ************ ****************** likes to ruin a kids bowling experience. We there today to bowl with the kids and we requested bumpers. Keep in mind there are grown adults there bowling and teenagers with bumpers. We are told that the bumpers are for kids 8 and under so they refuse to put them up for us. They initially did but then took them off as ***** was mid bowling. When we went to ask why they took them off told us anyone 10 and older cant have them. ummm excuse me what kind of BS is that. Since how do you know how old someone is when they are bowling. The owner said he didnt feel like it and that is company policy, and couldnt show us proof of it. Then proceeded to call a 13 year old girl a grown a** women just because she looks older since shes taller. and if my autistic son needed the bumpers I had to prove it. HOW DO YOU PROVE A DISABILITY. BEYOND disgusted with this business and company they are discriminating against people with disabilities.Review from T

If i can submit this with a zero star, I would. One of the owners, Yogi, is terrible at his job. He doesn't care about the employees and would rather not pay them for the hard work they do to keep that place going. He hires mostly teenagers that are trying to build a resume and get their foot into the workplace and plays around with their wages by not properly putting them into the system they have and paying them at all or not on time. And when you go in to tell him or other managers that are working. They either are never around so you can resolve the issue or when you do tell them they either forget and then turn around as if its your fault that you didn't speak with them or make an excuse that they're busy. That place needs an investigation opened on them on why they can't pay their employees or why they can't pay them on time. Please whomever reads this please look into this place. Seems like some major ****** things are going on in that place and people working there aren't being heard.
