I turned in my **** Transit 2021 for collision repairs on Sept 29, 2021. *************** covered the first 30 days of a car rental. I contracted with Enterprise to cover the additional car rental. Key Collision told me the estimated completion date was Nov. 17th, 2021. I checked in weekly on the status of the repair and no change was communicated on the date of completion. I live on an island, ********* and had to make ferry arrangments to come to Portland to pick the van up on NOv 17th. I had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight for the 3-4 days I would need to be there which was over $300.00. When I called Key ******** upon arrival in Portland they told me the van would not be ready and had no idea when it would be done. I requested that because they never notified me of the change in date I had made and paid for arrangements to be there on the 17th. I requested that they pay for the lodging and additional car rental necessary beyond Nov 17th. ***, from Key Collision told me he could not cover my lodging but wouldd cover the rental car cost from Nov 17th until my van was returned. He estimated it would be 10 more days. It took 25 days and he only paid for 10. I have tried to get him to cover the additional 15 days but he refuses to pay as he orignally agreed to do. He now says he only said he would cover 10 days which is not correct.
