Don't trust them. I brought my vehicle in for work as it had been rear ended in an accident, all of the damage located on the driver's side rear. The vehicle was released to me a month later, parked with the passenger side to the building. the entire outside was polished, interior cleaned. I drove it around for a couple weeks until I noticed there was a missing part on the passenger side roof of the cab of the vehicle, a rubber strip. Upon closer inspection I also noticed a **** with an arrow pointing to where the strip had been, looks as thought it had been ripped off, missing paint and exposed metal. extending from the top of the windshield to the back of the cab roof, again, this area totally unrelated to the accident. When I noticed this I informed the body shop they said that it came to their shop like that and they ****ed it "because it was missing, they pop off from time to time," and the best that they can offer is that I buy the piece from them at $127.66 and have them install it for no charge. I bought this vehicle in Sept of 2022, certified pre-owned from an official dealer who stated if it was missing they (the dealer) would've replaced it, and would not be able to certify the vehicle to sell if all the parts weren't on the vehicle. Why was centerville even on the roof of my truck? If the polished it 100% why not remove the remaining shop ****er? Why would I have ripped off a glued piece of material just to have Centerville re-install it? I will not be doing business with them again. I understand people make mistakes but that vehicle is brand new to me even though it is used.
