    On 6/10/21, *************************** was my sales person. I put a $500 refundable deposit on a car. On 6/11 I emailed him, letting him know that I wanted a refund. He agreed, I came in person on 6/12, I gave him an address to forward the check to, it is different then my ID address **** assured me that it will get sent to the address I told him. On 6/24 I asked for an update, he asked for my info again and told me that it was resent. On 7/1 I told him haven't received it, and would like to come pick it up. He asked for my info a third time, then told me that the check was sent out the 28th and it should be in by 7/1. On 7/4 I texted him saying I never got a check and would like to get it in person. **** pushed it off till Wednesday 7/7, and told me that it was sent to my ID address, but it was not their either. He told me this would get resolved on 7/9, then pushed it off for 7/12. He gave me an excuse why its not done. I went in person on 7/12 they couldn't help. Now its pushed again till 7/14.

    My wife and I bought a used Subaru from this dealer on 11/11/23. The salesman **** was nice and not pushy, he was the exception. We had read many positive reviews, and the promise of outstanding customer service on dealer website. C Previously we had put a deposit on the car we wanted to hold, but couldnt get back to buy it for a couple weeks as my father had a stroke. Upon arrival to purchase we asked ****(salesman) if they would please honor the recently reduced price of ****** on Subaru website. **** asked the manager who came out and was immediately very confrontational and irritated with us for asking this question. He loudly stated we had taken too long to return, that price drops happen a lot and he gets this stuff all the time. When I asked him Id appreciate if hed honor the newly advertised lower price he said loudly ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are both surprised at how immediately rude he was to our question, and the total disregard he showed f FCC us as paying customers. A simple explanation would have been fine. We were never rude to him and did not deserve this treatment, no customer does. This was not the car buying experience we wanted or expected. Unfortunately after leaving we both felt this was a dealership wed never recommend or set foot in again. No one should feel berated or talked down to for asking a simple question on a car they are buying!
