They're the absolute worst! Only went there because it was close and my insurance covered it. Needed my bumper replaced. Was told 3 weeks. ETA ended up changing three times. Got it back after 6 weeks. -Bumper wasn't even put on completely correct. -They messed up my tail light wiring, so now my tail lights don't turn on.-My interior reeked of oil and had rust/oil embed in my seat.-Found a bunch of nuts, bolts, screws, and drill bits lying around the interior of my car.-They let my battery die somehow, so now everything is reset.-Always went to voicemail.-Luckily, Enterprise rent a car are the best!Please, do your self an enormous favor and do not go there its the biggest headache dealing with unprofessional people who cut corners and do not do their job right.

If I could put a zero or negative I would, for this review.? I have NEVER had a worse experience? with any customer service based ?business. They not only failed to properly/completely fix my vehicle that they had for almost 2 months, but they also created more issues. ? I now have a 5 inch or more crack in my windshield on the driver side because of them. It was not there, nor any nicks on that windshield when I brought it to them. ? when I brought this to their attention, they replied, with what do you want us to do about it? I had to walk out right then and there. They have been nothing but rude, unhelpful, they do not answer their phones nor their? messages, I went ?weeks without hearing from them. The only time I heard from them was when I did, the calling and sometimes it took two or three days to reach them. ??Their owner is slightly more helpful than *****, but ***** should be fired. The hit-and-run vehicle went straight into my tire and they didnt even balance or align my tires. They also rifled through my consul and smashed one of my pens, straight in half trying to close it. ???? what made me check? It was open when I got into the car. Im 4 months pregnant dealing with this. ??Dont let this happen to you. Also they are falsely advertising that they are part of the Better Business Bureau. They have it printed on their wall in the office. I noticed while I was waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come into the office while my car keys were left on the desk for anyone to just take. We had to go knock on the bay door to track someone down.
